Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location near major attractions like SM Mall of Asia, as well as the friendly and accommodating service from staff. Many found the rooms to be clean, comfortable, and spacious, with good value for the price. However, several guests were disappointed by the ongoing pool closure due to renovations, which was not always communicated in advance. Despite some minor issues with amenities and occasional negative experiences, the overall impression was positive, especially for convenience and service.

Jack, Oct 2026
Nice mid-tier hotel adjacent to Mall of Asia. Staff were friendly and helpful. Property shows a bit of wear and tear. Comfortable, clean rooms. Ongoing construction (October 2026) closed the pool and rooftop deck - so confirm availability of these features if they are important. Included breakfast is a small buffet with both Western and Asian options.

Pros (+) Near mall of Asia. Good view from the roof top. Clean rooms, Good breakfast. Cons: I could hear the room on top of me and some noise from the hallway.

Pros (+) The location was good.
Cons (-) Complimentary WiFi topped out at 0.5MB which is horrible. You can pay for "faster" speed. I did that and was only ever able to get 2MB down, which is still horrible.
