Everything! From the moment I arrived in the airport I was told that it will take 4 minutes for the Shutle to arrive and 1 minute drive to the lot with rentals. In reality, it took over 30 minutes for the shuttle to arrive and 10 minute drive to a remote lot. Then I was told that if I don’t pay cash I will be charged 10% extra, to which I agreed. After arriving to the lot, I was asked to pay cash again. When I said I’ll pay by credit card, the lot attendant made me speak to someone on the phone who tried to convince me to pay cash. I didn’t have the amount and was not comfortable paying cash and agreed to the extra charge although I said I felt it was not fair. Then, I was told that I have to return the rental at exactly same time making it exactly 48 hour rental. However, the total rate of 5000 Pelco was for 3 full days. At that point I had enough and requested to be taken back to the airport, which took another 30 minutes of waiting despite the shuttle and driver standing right there.2,0 Poor
