Pros: Perfect, We need a hotel close the Airport. Two luggages of mine were delay, so I can go to the Airport terminal 3 by foot to keep it. The day of my transfer to Bohol, the timing was short and the shuttle's driver helps us to arrive on time at the Airport. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful

Pros: Check-in was smooth. Lester, from the front desk was very accomodating. The room was spacious and clean, room service was fast. Overall a very pleasant stay. Will book for another staycation again for sure.

Pros: I booked two rooms for my friends and I. After the the unfortunate incident occurred with the unpleasant poker player setting fires inside resorts world my friends decided to stay in another hotel. Marriott was very accommodating with allowing me to use the credit to upgrade my room and not lose the credit I had already paid for. I took advantage of the hotel's services and everything was great. Room service, concierge service, restaurants, bellboys, etc. 99% of our stay was above and beyond what we expected.

Cons: The only small caveat was that they lost one of my g/f pieces of laundry but it was no big deal. It was a pair of sports shorts that were very old, so not much loss for us

Cons: The SPA is nice but massage service is way over priced . The TV channels had a problem which was not fixed during my 2 stays in a period of 6 days then my other stay for 2 days 12 days later

Pros: Our arrival was very nice from the bell boys to the check in counter, then too the club for our final check in the staff was very relaxing to talk with. Availed the morning breakfast just once but, the food was very nice and fresh eggs to order. We enjoyed the casino area very much NO problems with that area. The food court was unbelievable we enjoyed all the restaurants. The pool area was very nice and pleasant. Thank you too all the staff in the club lounge area for all assistance and the house keepers who always checked in on us..

Pros: We stayed for 1 night so we could be closer to the airport for the following day's early flight. Location is great and the amenities are great. Love that we were entertained at the casino.

Pros: The hotel amenities were above average. The suite we stayed in was clean although I had to ask a 2nd time for a non smoking room. The hotel pool was a big hit with the kids but the buffet was priced a little high for the selections available. The staff was really friendly especially the front desk (kudos to Jen).

Cons: We originally had three room reservations the first week we arrived. Three adults got sick and therefore we're unable to make the trip with us so we had to cancel/rebook the third room. Paid cash to upgrade to the deluxe sky tower suite for us to check in the day before our flight which was a week after our first stay. When we got home, there was a charge for the 2nd stay. Called my sister in the Philippines and we had to be on 3way conversation with the manager who swears that there were no charges but just a "hold" for the incidentals. Right now we are waiting for a resolution from them which could take 7-14 days according to the manager on duty.

Pros: The location is good. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The place is clean and easy access to everything you need. There is a 7/11 and McDonalds nearby just outside the hotel. Newport Mall is about 5mins walk. Airport Shuttle is free, I came from MIA T3 and there is a hub for Resorts World Shuttle where you can easily find, and will be departing to MIA T1. Breakfast buffet is very good. Food options are great and the dining area is quite big and spacious.

Cons: I wasn't informed that there will be 2k pesos deposit upon check-in... (you will get it upon check-out) I wasn't ready for that. Other than that, it's one of the best place to stay in Manila.

The location was really great because it was 8 minutes away from the airport and extremely close to the mall of Asia. I really liked and appreciated the restaurant that served all meals and was cheap and the food was really nice. I will definitely book with this hotel again.

Nobody at the hotel can do anything to take care of problems. Nobody with any exective decision making abilities. They didn't care about the problems because they have to follow protocol and I'm not sure it would change. Don't bother.

Cons: We were given a room on the 3rd floor that has a balcony facing the eaves of the roof of an adjacent building, therefore no view except for that ugly roof and the sky. They offered to move us but the only alternative is a smoking room at a higher floor.

Pros: The room was very spacious and the hotel is well located near the airport. They have a small pool with a resto/bar next to it, which is very convenient. Our plane was leaving late, after the check-out and they allowed us to stay next to the pool, which was very kind. Breakfast was included for us but only with 2 choices: continental and pancakes. To have other options you have to pay a bit more. Pancakes were very good!

We asked for insecticide to kill them, but it didn't work, more coacroaches came out after a while...
