Pros (+) I booked two rooms for my friends and I. After the the unfortunate incident occurred with the unpleasant poker player setting fires inside resorts world my friends decided to stay in another hotel. Marriott was very accommodating with allowing me to use the credit to upgrade my room and not lose the credit I had already paid for. I took advantage of the hotel's services and everything was great. R...
Cons (-) The only small caveat was that they lost one of my g/f pieces of laundry but it was no big deal. It was a pair of sports shorts that were very old, so not much loss for us
