Featured amenities include express check-in, a 24-hour front desk, and multilingual staff. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: Came to Paris to play in a card tournament, the venue was right next door, so the location of the hotel was spot on. The staff were very helpful, even letting us check in early. Beds were comfortable, the WiFi was good.
Cons: The restaurant area wasn’t open, and no one was allowed to sit in there, which was a bit of a pain for pretty much everyone who was at the hotel for that weekend as majority were there for the card tournament and everyone wanted to practice, but it’s a bit difficult with no tables to sit at. Being in a room near the lift, it was a bit noisy, and the flooring is all wooden in the rooms, I could hear footsteps constantly from upstairs. Rooms could do with a lick of paint. Breakfast was a bit expensive for what was on offer.
Pros: The location was near to our office
Cons: First night we had a room which was not clean and it had a smell. We got a upgrade to better room which was clean for the next night.
Pros: good location good service
Cons: Personal hardly speaks English I asked a warm a snack in microwave, but personnel rejected, for "safety" reasons. Located in a region, where you can find NOTHING nearby, not cafe or markets
Cons: No running hot water Room less than comfy for that price
Pros: Hotel l'Amandier is a budget hotel and does not to pretend otherwise. If you realise this beforehand, you will not be disappointed. Staff is very friendly and the rooms of medium size and clean. Wifi was fast and reliable. A bus that runs to La Defence stops almost nexd door to the hotel. All in all: Excellent value.
Pros: Breakfast, parking place...
Pros: Cleansiness, comfortable bathroom and shower, location
Cons: Breakfast ok but overpriced
The Mercure Paris La Défense Grande Arche hotel welcomes tourists and business travelers alike. It is located 55 yards (50 m) from the Nanterre Préfecture RER A train station, 219 yards (200 m) from the U Arena, home to numerous sporting events, and 328 yards (300 m) from the Grande Arche. Les Quatre Temps shopping center is a 10-minute walk away. Take advantage of our rooms, fitness center and interior terrace. We also have 11 seminar rooms.
Pros: The reception area is very welcoming and beautiful. The TV in the room was nice
Cons: We were not provided with hand soap to wash our hands, a basic necessity for hygiene. The electric cut out several times during our visit and we had to wait 15 minutes each time it cut out for the reception to reset the power. We ran out of shower gel which was provided, we asked for more but they did not give this to us, apparently they ran out. We were only provided with 1 basic pillow per person, there was no spare pillows, I felt like I was sleeping on concrete. The hotel is very loud at night, you can hear all the trains etc. We asked for an iron which was the most budget iron I’ve ever used in my life, so budget, it didn’t even take the creases out our clothes and it spilled water everywhere. We asked the staff for another one, they said this is the only one they have spare. I wouldn’t stay here again, I’ve stayed in other Mecure hotels and they were lovely, please don’t stay here if you plan to visit central Paris as the taxis cost approx €35-45 Euro each way.
Cons: Beds and pillows are so bad , not comfortable at all, wrong Bill
Pros: The lobby is cute
Cons: When I arrived they asked me if I had been here before, and I said no. The staff then gave me the keys to a room Which was in the building across the street. The room was filthy and that was not the room that I had asked for, so I went back to the lobby and told them that it was the wrong room. They then changed me to a new room. When I used the key and walked into the room, there was another guest staying inside of it... this was awkward and made me feel so uncomfortable. I was then given the room down the hall which was slightly better then the first. I was no compensated in any way for all the things that happened to me which not only was an embarrassment to the hotel but a waste of my time. Also in the morning the maids walked twice into the room (the do not disturb sign was on the door) and woke me up and disturbed me. Clearly they do not know what knocking on a door is. I think very highly of accor hotels but this was terrible and has obviously made me doubt weather I will be staying in one next time.
Located close to the La Defense business district and convention center, the ibis Nanterre la Défense offers a relaxing place for your business meeting or family vacation. The hotel is open 24 hours a day. Taking the RER A from La Défense station, you'll reach the center of Paris, the Champs Elysees or the Les 4 Temps and CNIT commercial centers in ten minutes. To relax, why not try a spot of jogging in the greenery of André Malraux park?
Cons: Very nice weekend. Nothing wrong to say, just Book as possible it's a good experience I recommend.
Pros: Hotel was a good location to enable me to visit family. Air conditioning was working - outside temp during the day up to 38C. Reception staff helpful and apologised for the refurb work going on.
Cons: The hotel is under considerable renovation, the breakfast room was in generally poor condition and the restaurant was closed. We were in a twin bedded room - bed approx 2 ft 3 ins wide which is very narrow and not very comfortable - poor mattress / mattress pad. Shower pressure was OK but water was tepid on two days out of three - reception informed.
Pros: The Hotel is under renovation until mid august - THIS WAS NOT in the booking, no restaurant, no bar, not even a vending machine for water - have to journey some distance from the hotel to get food & drink - massively poor service that this was not called out at the time of booking
Cons: Its close to the office - that's it
Cons: I asked for a plaster, they didn't have it. The whole place was under renovation and in a total mess...
Cons: Pre authorisation was 400 euro before you even paid for the hotel. It is released when you check out, but this always takes 3-5 working days to be put back into your account. I understand that pre authorisation needs to be done but 400 euro is a bit excessive. Also I booked the room for 304 and I had to pay 346?
Cons: No minifridge or kettle in the room. The TV was a Philips LCD big enough for the room but after the first day it remain stuck on one channel and cannot even be turned off...
Cons: The cleanliness of the room , the soundproofing of the room is very bad . I can easily heard someone TV sound from the other rooms .

Pros: The price was good. Looking back I would spend more to get more comfortable. It is pretty close to the metro and easy to get to Paris from there.
Cons: we booked 2 rooms for us and our children. I immediately sent a request to get joined rooms. The only response I got was "we noted your request". When we arrived to the place I was told that joined rooms are already in use. No correspondence about this metter was done ahead. The room didn't have a minibar so we just throw away the food we had with us.
Pros: Very small room, closed window with scotch, nice bath room, verry poooooooor breakfast cost 12euro( no bread, no cups, cafe machine not working no spoons, no staff to help, one person for the reception and the breakfast at the same time. Nice parking 1 or 2 star hotel
Cons: Room size, very poor breakfast
Cons: Room is very small
Pros: Clean rooms/bathrooms Comfortable beds New furniture
Cons: Small rooms
Pros: The room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was good. The neighborhood was quite and seemed safe. The hotel has a secure parking whihc gives you piece of mind.
Cons: The hotel is far from city center and you should not expect restaurants and coffees around it. If you are aware of this and chose contiously, then it could be an excellent choice.
Pros: No air conditioner. Room very small. Thanks
Pros: I liked the room, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was great. The location was also good for me.
Cons: I had no negative experience.

Pros: Very close to the train station, 20min via train to the city center.

Cons: Dirty carpet. Tired old lifts A gym
Cons: The facilities were Not for four star hotel.
Pros: Staff were great, location ok for my business trip
Cons: My room 604 was noisy - I had a constant low level thumping noise through the night which prevented me from getting a good night sleep
Pros: The staff is friendly. The bed is really comfortable. The clean services were okay. There are a lot of places for parking.. The Hotel has parking too for 15€ per day, which is fear.
Cons: Location was not what we thought.
ibis budget (formerly Etap Hotel), close to La Défense business center, the smart accommodation choice! When you travel, choose to stay in a modern, comfortable "Cocoon" room designed for 1, 2 or 3 people, equipped with a shower, toilet and satellite TV, at a very affordable price. Enjoy the benefits of a delicious breakfast at a great price and a friendly and dynamic team!
Cons: The facilities are not well kept.
Cons: The rooms are dark and have poor lighting, staff closed off access to the reception area refusing to allow guests use of the tables which were left unused. Given that the hotel was full of people attending a near by event they could have allowed us to use the area in reception.
Cons: Pls provide kettle - tea services in the room then its perfect
Pros: The room is soooo small, but enough for 1 or 2 persons if you stay over for a couple of nights or so. All is clean, towels changed every day, bed is comfy. Too far from the nearest RER station. If you turn left from the hotel you’ll find a wonderful cafe-bakery) coffee, croissants, tea, tart citron-magnifique!!

Cons: Rate on the higher side
