Cons (-) The shuttle connection location and operation time is not clear and simple for a first comer when they just landed in a big airport. Partly due to the ineffective airport authority.
Pros (+) Great staff, great breakfast, excellent shuttle drivers, very easy in and out of airport
Pros (+) This building is a joke. Each room has its own thermostat but they are just for show. It is "one temperature fits all" but the building is inconsistent. Some rooms much hotter/colder than others. No openable windows either. End result, miserable sleep. For those who like sleep cool with fresh air, find another place. Great gym though and food is decent too.
Cons (-) The air-conditioning was not working & it was not comfortable to sleep in the heat. The hotel was sold out & we were offered to stay in the hot room with a fan that the staff could provide as they could not fix the air-conditioner late at night. Not happy!

Cons (-) >Substantial black mildew in the bathroom >The room is basically empty; other than a bed, a desk and a TV. There was no drinking water, no water boiler, let along any supply of coffee. There was not even a garbage can in the bathroom (only one for the entire room) >The bottle water was sold at 5 Euro each.
