Okay 5,3
Pros: well located and cheap price
Good 7,0
Pros: Very friendly staff. Excellent comfort
Cons: no computer for guests to use
Good 6,0
Pros: Quiet and comfortable with good food at reasonable prices. Easy access to city and close to facilities
Cons: No
Good 6,0
Pros: It was only 5mins away from the family we were visiting. Staff were very nice and helped where possible without crowding us in all areas of the hotel. Top marks here I feel!!
Cons: Although aware that France 'shuts on a Sunday' For us it was still very strange to be at a hotel with no staff or services, especially as we appeared to be the only guests when we returned Sunday night.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Helpful staff, clean comfortable rooms. First class reasonable dinner. Excellent breakfast. Would definately use again if in area or travelling through,
Okay 5,6
Pros: Large bathroom Quiet hotel
Cons: Matrasses; one had a pit in it. Extra bed (for kid) was very uncomfortable.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Ticked all the boxes we had are 3 small dogs with us we had drove from the dordogne on route to calais and were very pleased when we saw the hotel the lady on reception was very helpfull the grounds around the hotel were lovely to walk with are dogs+dog bags of course able to make ourselves a cup of tea in the room great hotel and room spotless
Cons: None
Good 6,0
Pros: $review.pros
Cons: Lack of good places to eat in the area and hotel restaurant closed.
Good 6,0
Pros: $review.pros
Cons: Gambas ordered at dinner not cooked properly. Staff apologised and adjusted the bill
Okay 4,4
Pros: Beds were very comfortable. Televisons very good. Breakfasts were better than in other places. There was no lift to make alot of noise. If you cannot use the stairs you need to specify a ground floor room.
Cons: Despite the fact that the reception was supposed to shut at 21:30 the reception was locked up with no welcome at 21:00. The restaurant was shut for the annual staff holidays but there was no information on where to go for a meal - as the hotel was in the middle of a commercial area rather than in a town this was very unhelpful. So avoid from mid July to mid August.

Good 6,3
Pros: location. 2-3min walk to main tourist places.
Cons: noisy. need soundproof wall.
Good 6,7
Pros: Hotel was within walking distance of Cathedral. The staff were brilliant, friendly and helpful, within minutes we had been given a map of Rouen in English with all interesting sights marked out. Restaurant recommendations were also offered, Chez Collette had fantastic food.
Cons: Bathroom very basic, tiny bath and no real shower just plastic attachment but overall it didn't matter as they were such pleasant people and the location was great. If we had wanted more we could have paid more elsewhere.
Good 7,7
Pros: Newly renovated rooms. Wonderful owners!
Good 6,3
Pros: Garage to keep motorcycles secure and dry, great location
Cons: Bathroom very small and poorly lit, shower cold, toilet didn't flush. Managed to fix toilet with some tinkering, and apparently the hot water did come through after 10 minutes of running the shower, but it was cold to begin with and having had a cold wet motocycle ride all day, a cold shower was not very welcoming!
Okay 5,7
Pros: staff were helpful and friendly, location good, use of parking space useful.
Cons: bathroom very small, no shower curtain, some kind of chemical toilet which made a lot of noise when flushing, and when other guests in other rooms flushed.Walls very thin: you could here your neighbours.
Good 6,4
Pros: personal attention
Cons: $review.cons
Okay 4,8
Pros: location to local attractions, friendliness of the proprietors
Cons: $review.cons
Good 6,4
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff with a good breakfast and plenty of recommendations for out limited stay.
Cons: $review.cons
Okay 5,2
Pros: The friendliness of the staff was exceptional.
Cons: The bathroom was far too small. The rooms were also on the snug side. Beds comfortable, but not generously sized.
Good 6,4
Pros: Friendly owners even though we arrived late, comfortable basic accomodation in a good location with parking facilities
Cons: Although we were aware there was no bar it would have been nice to have one

Good 6,0
Pros: Found the position of the Hotel is great and service staff is nice.
Okay 5,0
Cons: The hotel car park is extremely expensive. 14+ euros a day
Okay 5,0
Pros: quiet room
Cons: the internet connections at low bandwidth are terrible. it gives a very cheap impression of the hotel that they do not give customers paying 130E a night free internet.
Good 6,0
Pros: Easy to find, central location. Large underground car park
Good 7,0
Pros: Access to town easy with short 10 minute walk. Undercover car park on site. Staff pleasant.
Mediocre 3,6
Pros: $review.pros
Cons: Expensive food and drink on on-site restaurant
Good 6,8
Pros: This is the third time we have stayed there. Very good for a city break and stop off on the way further south.
Cons: $review.cons
Good 7,6
Pros: I normally stay at budget hotels, so I found this to be very luxurious. I had a huge double bed, a sofa, flat-screen TV, lovely toiletries in the bathroom, room service, AC, the works. The restaurant is very gourmet...and expensive, so check prices before you go.
Cons: I didn't dislike anything about the hotel. If you don't have a car, then it's a 10-minute walk to find restaurants, shops, etc. That was the only downside for me.

Excellent 9,1
Pros: This place is very quaint. It is in a great location next to the cathedral and is clean and comfortable despite being obviously very old (and by that I don't mean worn down - I mean that you can tell the building has been there forever but it is well taken care of). There is a nice court yard/patio with a very friendly cat and a nice breakfast. Would stay there again 100%
Cons: The key system is a little old, other than that, everything is great!
Good 7,0
Pros: proximity to city; quaintness of the surroundings
Good 7,0
Pros: It had the nicest room of any we stayed in in France.
Cons: Parking lot didn't have enough spaces for all guests to park.
Good 6,0
Pros: Location and ambiance.. It is a typical French hotel and not like a chain hotel at all, individual but well decorated. Bed very comfortable and staff fine, even when we stayed beyond checkout time.
Okay 5,2
Pros: The best advantage of this hotel is the location. It is easy walking distance to all sights, shopping and restaurants.
Good 6,7
Pros: Brilliant location just behind the cathedral, breakfast was excellent. Renovation work is currently being done on rooms.
Good 6,0
Pros: Receptionists were friendly and welcoming. Hotel is full of character
Cons: No Parking. Carpets on stairs is worn and corridors were needing decorating. Poor signage in hotel
Good 7,2
Pros: Location. Old French charm. Free use of internet. Breakfast better than expected. Shower facility and bathroom better than expected.
Cons: No. For the price, in France, this was pretty good all round. If I tried I could probably find fault, as in any hotel anywhere!
Okay 4,0
Pros: Very central and had an old French charm
Cons: Parking was difficult
Good 6,8
Pros: very central, nice spacious rooms
Cons: parking and possibility to reach the hotel by car
Good 7,2
Pros: Personal touch, very friendly staff, beautiful location.
Cons: Nothing, it was lovely, we would stay there again.

Pros: Good value for money. No luxuries but comfortable and clean, thus no complaints
Cons: No elevator
Okay 5,7
Pros: The staff were very helpful
Cons: No lift
Okay 5,3
Pros: The room is inadequated completly to receive 3 persons.
Mediocre 3,7
Pros: Desperately needs updating those tired rooms. Noisy location on busy square. Had to leave windows as weather was so hot but some people were noisy outside all night.
Okay 5,7
Pros: Location is excellent, right in the middle of the city center, close to everything, around the corner from the Notre Dame! Bed was nice. Peaceful surroundings, so you could keep your windows open at night for fresh air without hearing much noise from outside. Friendly and helpfull staff. The hotel uses keycards the size of creditcards so you could easily keep your roomkey with you in your wallet when you went out. Sunday and monday there's free parking just in front of the hotel and for the rest of the week you can park your car around the corner for 9 euro's per 24 hours. In general, the facilities are in working order. Read more below.
Cons: We changed rooms because the sink of our shower was clogged. The staff could've handled this problem a bit more accurately because we had to go to the reception 4 times before everything was fixed. The showers in both rooms are tiny!
Excellent 8,0
Pros: The personnel attention
Cons: maybe the fact that there is no elevator or continental breakfast included:
Mediocre 2,8
Pros: Central position
Cons: Split site, exceptionally cramped room, no lift
Mediocre 3,6
Pros: The hotel promises a sight either to river or to Rouen cathedral. We saw a spire of the chatedral from our window but actualy it was rather unpleasant sight to a courtyard with garages.
Cons: I know Latvian, English, German, Italian, Norwegian and Russian and a little bit French. A man at the reception during our check in clear English said that he did not speak English and requested us to speak with him in French or in any other language he knew. It was clear French snobbery with which we came accross in many cities of Bretagne and Normandy. French is very nice language but after the holidays in France I do not want to learn it at all. It seems to me that a hotel is for clients but not vice versa.
Okay 4,4
Pros: $review.pros
Cons: no parking facilities, close to a young persons area, street noisy until late
Okay 4,4
Pros: Great view of the cathedral from bedroom!

Okay 5,3
Pros: It is very close to the cathedral and the historic city. The breakfast was good and they had the best coffee during our stay in France.
Cons: It is very small one-way street which can be difficult to find and there was no lift and some interior construction while we stayed.
Good 7,0
Pros: We particularly liked the location and the friendliness of the staff. Rooms were comfortable and the breakfast very nice.
Cons: There is no lift in the hotel and carrying a baby up 3 flights of stairs was quite hard work. Parking is quite difficult.
Good 7,0
Pros: We thought the staff gave good service and really tried to make our stay enjoyable, especially when the portable cot collapsed and our grandaughter was given a private room across the hall. good job. Location was excellent for walking or getting out of town to visit other sites.
Cons: The outside noise from the bar, but that is something you cannot control.
Good 6,0
Cons: While, close to the Rouen Cathedral, this hotel is not really in a nice section of town.
Okay 4,3
Pros: Cleanliness of the room.
Cons: The absence of elevator and heating.
Okay 5,2
Pros: The staff were very helpful and actively told us about events on in the city that evening and offered to book restaurants for us
Cons: It was a little basic - for instance there was no air conditioning in the room

Pros: The only positive experience was the staff. They helped us to change our booking!
Cons: Cleaningness, too much distubance and poor quality.
Okay 5,6
Pros: The hotel is ideally located near the banks of the Seine. We used it for a late evening visit to the huge funfair in Rouen in October/November. We did not eat in the hotel at all and made an early morning start for the Eurotunnel.
Cons: The shower wall holder was missing. After a long journey I was looking forward to a good shower. Had to hold the shower head myself and shower as well as possible like this!
Okay 4,4
Pros: Very pleasant and helpful "owner/manager" and the breakfast was good
Cons: Shower was broken and street outside was very noisy all night.
Okay 4,8
Pros: the staff were very helpful.
Cons: the shower was faulty, and the room needs refurbishing. The direcections to the hotel were very poor. Value for money is poor, because of the exchange rate.
Okay 4,0
Pros: in citycenter
Cons: old fashend, "schmuddelig"
Good 6,4
Pros: Good location to city centrum, clear rooms, good breakfast, friendly service
Cons: There is a bar close to the hotel and it may be noisy
Good 6,0
Pros: Location in town centre
Cons: Difficult parking, lots of noise until late from outside
Good 7,6
Pros: The owner is very friendly and offers personnalized service. I enjoyed the bath (instead of commonly found shower). I was facing the street and it was not so quiet during the night, but I had 3 large windows for plenty of sun in the morning.
Cons: The curtains in the bathroom wouldn't allow complete privacy. The lock of the door was hard to handle.
Okay 4,8
Pros: It was relatively inexpensive and very close to the center of the city. We walked three blocks to the cathedral. The staff was very helpful.
Cons: It was not very comfortable. The street has bars that were open most of the night with noisy patrons in the street.
Okay 4,8
Pros: The patron was friendly and helpful and always available. The rooms seemed to have been recently redecorated and refurnished and were in good order. The double glazing kept out most of the noise.
Cons: The street noise at night was intermittently loud with shouting and banging of bins. The communal staircase was a bit dingy.

Pros: Excellent desk staff, good parking, quiet environment, easy walk to city
Cons: would prefer duvets, bigger towels
Okay 5,3
Pros: Convenient parking in the garage. La conception de douche est tout à fait innovante.
Cons: The hotel's cruise ship theme. I kept wondering when Captain Merril Stubing would appear and ask, "Monsieur, may I heelp you pleeze..." L'Amour-Bateau s'amuse.
Good 6,0
Pros: Perfectly comfotable and clean modern hotel, with a quirky design style in the corridors.
Cons: Trying to find the place. My satnav didn't recognise the street name - no wonder its a shopping centre!. It was by shear chance that I found the car park - I didn't read anything i advance that suggested that the car park was under the hotel and a part of the shopping centre. At least the parking was free when we left on Sunday morning.
Good 6,7
Pros: Clean, helpful staff, closer to centre than expected with bonus of parking
Cons: Lack of tea/coffee facilities in room
Okay 5,7
Pros: location, fair breakfast, parking under the hotel
