Pros:
Cons: it started with an email from the property couple days before our arrival to say "sorry we couldn't get hold of you on the phone, we are not able to accommodate your booking due to technical error and as a result we can offer either different date or different hotel" although on booking my reservation still appeared as confirmed ! so then we call there, lady on the reception being nice and friendly re routes us to senior manager later in a day, we then offered a subsite hotel which is not of the same calibre - we then expressed our worry and concern about the whole situation. Few hours later we called again, and magically the room was there again, "someone cancelled last minute" ….so this puts you off the wrong side already. We then been charged 450 euros prior to even checking in, upon asking why we were told it is a deposit for room/breakfast etc- but no one had bothered to inform us about it until we asked....

Pros:
Cons: The hotel is very nice and the location is in the old part of the city, so we did a Lot of walking. The challenge was getting into the hotel and parking the car as you need a code to put down the blockade on the road to enter. Once parked we did not use the car during the three days we were there. Lots of nice restaurants in the area.

Cons: Bedding quality was totally unacceptable. The bed was so hard that we had to sleep on our pillows. Looking at the mattress, this is the cheapest quality you can find. The top mattress is 1/4" thick... I will not sleep there again ever.

Pros: Very nice breakfast. Tasty and fresh-baked local food. Quite a decent coffee, even if it was from a self-serve machine. Location was at the edge of the historic centre. (Next time I would probably stay closer.)
Cons: The facilities in the room were poor. No desk lamp, no tea and coffee making - and not even any bedside power outlets for charging a phone. Only bright overhead lights made the room rather stark - lacking intimacy. I would think modern hotel design (which this is) could at least include these basic modern facilities.

Pros: 1. The room was clean in general compared to other 4 stars hotels. 2. Car park is secure and really spacious. 3. Hotel service has been brilliant and met our expectations.
Cons: 1. The breakfast service is not efficient i.e. you would need to make your own fried egg. So we asked for refunds for breakfast. If you are expecting English breakfast experience you need to explore your possibilities around the centre! 2. The room next to river is really noisy mainly because of traffic and emergency vehicles passing by throughout night even during weekend! We were not able to sleep much first night but we were given new room on request which was far more quieter.
3,1 Mediocre
Pros: Very little. This is only slightly above IBIS in quality and had several of the same design items in the rooms as IBIS Budget.
Cons: The profile says "parking" - in reality the hotel only has 20 spaces, and those are almost always full we were told. The counter staff told us and the next three customers who showed up while we were checking in "find your own space on the street" -- which in Rouen is both very hard, and far to likely to have your morning start with a new dent in the car.
The room we were given was 1/2 the size of the photo. Really amazing how it looked sort of the same layout...but was so cramped we couldn't move around. The bed's weren't the same size as in the profile.
When we showed the counter manager the photo and description differences with the promised room and the reality, the response was "I don't write what is on the websites, so can't help you."
Very much a vacation fail.

Pros: Good breakfast. Comfy bed.
Cons: Bit dark. Curtains not opened when we arrived. Shower curtain kept sticking to you.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The bed was very comfortable, good shower. Best of all The afternoon reception staff were very polite and informative. Lovely to be greeted by friendly staff.
Cons: No kettle in the room
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was located about a 20 minute walk from the old town section. There is public transportation outside the front door of the hotel, There is also a shopping mall across the street. On Sundays pretty much everything is closed, tough to find somewhere to eat close to the hotel. Staff were very efficient. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was 10 euros, cereals, yogurt, juice,, coffee, boiled eggs, bread, jams, meats and cheese.
Cons: nothing
5,0 Okay
Pros: Place is fine, all the rest is ok.
Cons: Disorganized staff left me and my 4yo daughter without a room after leaving 9ma and coming back at 22h30. Also, after they said they didn't have a room (leaving us on the street, basically), I said I wanted to call the police, and got a nice answer , and I quote: "at least there you will have where to spend the night", by the great receptionist called Sebastien, on Sunday the 11th August 2019. After much discussion, he magically found a room...
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, comfy, easy! Staff were nice, breakfast was really good too!
Cons:

Pros: It’s location was close to the centre, had secure parking and friendly staff
Cons: We had two two rooms and only found out after we left that one of the rooms wasn’t cleaned properly - however if I had of mentioned it I am sure my family would have been moved.

Pros: The young man on reception was very very helpful.
Cons:

Pros: We stayed at Rouen as a half way stop off between Dunkirk and Mont Saint Michele and chose the Ibis because it was cheaper, walking distance to the town centre and they offered secure parking on site (turns out this is an extra 8 euros for the night) so it was incredibly convenient. We knew we would be tired from a long drive and didn’t want to mess about with parking so we could go and find dinner before it got too late. So this was perfectly comfortable and gave a good nights sleep and we were very pleased with what we paid for it. We had a delightful meal at one of the restaurants in the cathedral area where there are beautiful Norman style buildings and we had a beautiful crossiant breakfast sat outside in one of the cafes on a beautiful October Sunday morning! Was very idyllic! Hairdryer and towels are provided and both the room and bathroom were clean.

Pros: Having secure parking is a massive bonus (paid an additional charge for it - & happy to!). In a city where we have previous found it difficult to park, this was the main reason we stayed at this hotel. Ibis are a bit like Premier Inns in the UK. You know that you will get a certain standard and prices up and down the country are pretty much the same. You also know that the brand new build hotels will be fantastic and feel like a bargain, whereas the older ones will feel tired around the edges. This is an older Ibis, but for an overnight stay on a road trip it was perfect. Reasonable price. Clean & everything worked. 10 minutes walk from the gorgeous city centre, and parking!

Pros: Very poor value for money, nothing in room to make you feel comfortable..not even water, plus we had t to pay extra for pay extra for parking.. I found a chateau for the same price on hotels.com that includes parking & breakfast.. your hotel wanted us to pay an extra 21 euro for that too.. The only reason I couldn’t book was because my card would not work to book it..

Pros: The view of the Cathedral from our window, and the direction to a good area for a Restaurant nearby on our arrival, different person on reception. Unlike other Confort Hotels this one does not have a restaurant and no Parking.
Cons: Whilst the room was small it was clean. We could here the guests in the room next door, either the person had a mental health problems or Drug related problems. The person was trying door handles and actually opened our door to the room and entered our room, my wife was in the shower and I was sitting on the bed ? The reception desk was out of the accommodation block and out in the street 2 doors away which was not good at 12.30 at night and pouring with rain in a thunderstorm. I couldn't get into the reception to complain about the noises coming from the room next door. At 02.30 we used the contact number and rang Confort Hotels who made contact with the reception. A person came to our room and then into next door to resolve the issue of loud noise continually throughout the night . We went to complain at the reception that day. We asked to speak to the manager, no manager was available, we asked for a complaint form to record our disatisfaction, they didn't have a complaints procedure. We requested a full refund due to not having any sleep. The person on reception said because it was another guest in the next room making the noise all night it was not their fault. VERY VERY UNHAPPY, CONFORT HOTEL !

Pros: The hotel is close to the railway station (300m) and many local attractions including ATMs, laundry and restrurants. The room was adequate but the shower was about the size of a broom cupboard. Cons: Staying in a fomer coaching inn seemed "attractive". Indeed the architucture is interesting but that is where the attraction ends. There are no coffee or tea-making facilities and requests for hot water or milk are received depending upon the mood (good or bad) of the proprietor. The is no common facility (e.g. a small fridge) to store milk or other minor items but a "cooler" - of sorts - exists. Unless one requires only a place to say (i.e. will be absent from the hotel for the entire the day) one could do better elsewhere in Rouen. The place is more than a tad overpriced and the WiFi does not work on the 3rd floor; the SSIG does not appear. As to the Wifi itself I would rate it as average-to-poor; particularly in the evenings with 30%+ packet losses.

Pros: Nice location, friendly old quaint hotel.
Cons: Not very clean. A bit too dodgy. Lacked a pillow case and sheets not very clean. When i complained, the owner gave me new sheets to clean it myself. Powerplugs did not work. Of course it is a cheap hotel, but it could use a but more attention.

Cons: Their not perfect cleanness , bathroom was not comfortable, they have little bathtub instead of just shower. Not comfortable. Toilet in our room was placed tight in between bathtub and wall ( weird ).

Pros: The Hotel is in an excellent position and easy to walk to the centre. There was free parking around the hotel and plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes, bars.
Cons: Building work going on, which was a shame. A bit dusty and unsightly on higher levels. Reception area was very nice.
7,5 Good
Pros:
Cons: That I didn’t know about repairs inside
9,6 Excellent
Pros: the room was clean and the beds were very comfortable , the breakfast was fresh and substantial with excellent coffee.
Cons: there were NO disabled facilities, not even in the attached shopping mall , there were plenty of signs, but nothing at the end of them.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Good breakfast (baked goods were excellent quality), nice location close to restaurants, groceries, mall and main sights. Very helpful staff, awesome water pressure in shower, great WiFi.
Cons: A lot of church bells going on from 7 AM, every 15 minutes, and there's a good bit of street noise too. The mattresses are a bit too hard/thin. Room too warm.
5,8 Okay
Pros: The staff were very helpful and friendly by providing a map to navigate to the parking areas and making us feel welcome.. The restaurant was good with a good choice of meals at reasonable prices.
Cons: We were arriving by car and the directions were poor as the area has recently been pedestrianised. For example the B&B logo was mounted high up on the 6th storey. Not very helpful for motorists trying to find their hotel at street level. The car parking was a complicated journey away.
6,7 Good
Pros: I liked the breakfast and the room was sufficient.
Cons: I didn’t like the location. It took a long time to find and it was noisy.

4,6 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: No towels or toilet paper until we asked for them and the had to share towels as they didn’t have enough clean ones. No glasses or anything else to drink out of. No pillowcases on pillows in one room. Bin not emptied in bathroom with used condom clearly visible. Blocked shower and other shower very smelly. Empty drinks can under bed.
5,8 Okay
Pros: Central location not far from cathedral and in the main shopping area
Cons: Sleepless night with neighbours from rooms either side on the 3rd floor, partying through till the morning. No staff present from 10pm - 6am, no complaints made as they were too numerous for me or anyone to dare. Worst night of my life.
