Cons: I was annoyed that the pictures online did not depict the hotel in true light. The pool area did not look at all the same. The place was really out of date and i was bothered that it was unclean, the sheets were stained but they may have been washed but not bleach clean? I wasn't happy to sleep in them so i went to the local walmart and purchased sleeping bags and new pillows for us all to use. I also went to every other local hotel to try and find alternative accommodation (before the walmart excursion)

Cons: Rooms were very dirty (we reserved 6 rooms for a party of 11) every single one of them had stuff all over the walls and even some splash Mark's on the ceiling..the bathrooms were disgusting, I actually requested a different room because I had an orange/brown urine stain around my toilet, hair all over the floor and the tub was stained. The toilet paper holder and the rack where they had the clean towels was filthy. The hotel looked like it hadn't been deep cleaned in a really long time. The only thing that was decent was the bed. My entire party was disgusted and we will never stay there again. Sincerely...angry booker

Pros: Clean, modern room. Free coffee, wi-fi and continental breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff. We would definitely stay here again!
Cons: No hot tub, but the pool was very nice. Fabric of comforter was very scratchy.

Pros: The location of this hotel is excellent. It is very close to the intersection of Rt 4. As well there are many services within walking distance (Hannaford, Michael's Crafts, Taco Bell, Dick's Sporting Goods, Bed, Bath & Beyond) and gas is close by also.
Cons: Even though my bill was paid in advance they required a credit card and authorized it for 20$ even thought I stated I had no interest in buying from the 'store' area. If a credit card is required in case of room damage, be upfront about it.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast is always awesome
7,0 Good
Pros: Great rate and location.
Cons: Breakfast was not hot. Only one toaster, so had to wait every morning.
5,0 Okay
Pros: Our room was on the ground floor and had a door allowing us direct access to our parked car so it was easy to get our bags into the room. No bugs anywhere. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable. The fridge (very quiet) and microwave worked very well, and so did the TV. Real hangers were provided. The ice machine is a good one where the ice falls into the bucket (instead of having to scoop it out). The pool was really enjoyable: larger than expected, quite deep (max. 8 feet), and heated at a very comfortable temperature. Showers are provided in the same area and lots of clean towels are available. The hotel is conveniently located about 30 min. away from Okemo Mountain.
Cons: The room is in great need of upgrading. The A/C-heater unit in our room was out of order, but the hotel had installed an efficient portable heater. The plate cover of the electric plug of that A/C-heater unit was missing and cold air was coming directly into the room. Several of the electrical outlets were too "loose", i.e. the item plugged in would fall out. The bathroom is very small. The toilet is old and uses a lot of water. The shower was good but the hot water ran out one morning. The curtains are in need of a lot of adjustments to hang properly. The "outdoor" door is very banged up. The floor is uneven. For the common areas of the hotel: the hall carpet is unfortunately stained. The breakfast area is very cramped. The biggest issue we had was the smell of cigarettes... The adults staying in the room next to ours were all heavy smokers, and were smoking just outside their room so we could smell it all the time.
5,0 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: Poor breakfast
3,0 Mediocre
Pros: The location was great for what I needed, the bed was pretty comfortable and the check in process was extremely easy.
Cons: There is no elevator, so lugging things up the stairs was annoying. When I got to my room, the door was also ajar and was difficult to close once inside which didn't make me feel the most secure. No one was at the desk after 11:30pm.
1,0 Poor
Pros: The only thing about our stay that was acceptable was the breakfast.
Cons: We were traveling with family. Our other families room had a space heater because the heater was broken. The toilet wasn't working correctly and when they went to the front desk they were handed a bucket and plunger to fix it themselves. While we were visiting their room a mouse ran across the carpet and under the door into the adjoining room. Our room's bathtub had old dirty grout and the shower rod was rusted. This is easily the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. We should have asked for our money back and moved to a different hotel.
4,0 Okay
Pros: not much;
Cons: The security on the outside doors didn't seem to work, the halls smelled, air conditioner/heater was very loud, feels old and outdated. It was expensive compared to nicer places we stayed in Vermont.
6,0 Good
Pros: very comfortable beds. very low price
Cons: smoky smell in room. low soundproofing. odd outside hallway.
6,0 Good
Pros: Good location and price
Cons: Room's outside door and lock seemed flimsy, dingy hallways.
5,0 Okay
Cons: For the time of season I was dissatisfied either the price of the stay. I hope it’s cheaper next year
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Last moment availability. Double digits price even after tax, which is surprisingly rare those days. Friendly staff.
Cons: Soundproofing is nonexistent, you can hear everything in the next room (people talking, TV, shower, toilet flushing...) and outside (cars, trains, people walking to their rooms...).
2,0 Mediocre
Pros: Breakfast area was clean and well attended
Cons: Bed was horrible with a big crater in the mattress. My friend’s bed had big mound in the mattress. We both woke with sore backs. Furniture was broken and looked like it was ready for the trash. Carpet needs replaced in fact the entire hotel needs to be redone.

7,0 Good
Pros: There is plenty of flat, open, grassy land behind the parking lot to walk and play with my dog.
Cons: The hotel restaurant's breakfast buffet could use better protection from unintended contamination from customers. A Plexiglas shield, as seen at many salad bars, would be a great addition.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The room was quiet and the beds were very comfortable. I also had access to a courtyard down the hall, which was convenient.
Cons: The breakfast was a little lackluster, but otherwise my stay was wonderful.
6,3 Good
Pros: The staff was as accommodating of the issues as possible, nice and polite
Cons: Neighbors were noisy and woke me up at 1 am. The front desk delt with them.Got woken up again at 5 am by the smoke alarm. Me key card locked me out a little after I checked in and maintenance took care if it as soon as they could but It took them and hour to get it fixed. Was not a relaxing stay. Stressed me out more than anything. I almost would have rather slept in my car because the room was 3 times the cost if the days inn across the street that is not all that bad. I was expecting a much better stay. I had been on the toad for 8 hours that day and snowboarded another 5. I really needed the rest and sleep.

Pros: The hotel looked nice & the staff was pleasant.
Cons: We arrived on a Friday & booked for 2 nights. We were there to attend a nearby wedding. About 10:00 PM bus loads of teenagers arrived. The front desk was called several times for security But no one arrived. We checked out & received a refund thanks to the help of Kayak. We were able to get another room where the wedding was being held & all is good.

Pros: It was in a nice location and it was clean.

Pros: It was quiet, clean and really all I needed for an overnight.
Cons: The only problem was the length of time walking to downtown. Since we aren't familiar with the area, we didn't know the shortcuts, took us longer.

7,1 Good
Pros: The price and location were decent. It is 25 minutes from Killington. There is a Dunkin a block away and a diner across the street. Historic Rutland is around the corner.
Cons: The outside is run down and pretty cheaply done on the inside, but at that price point, you can’t ask for much. Also, too much air freshener. I think that it was trying to mask the smell of smokers. The WiFi didn’t work either.

Cons: The pullout bed is terribly uncomfortable. Not enough blankets available. I requested another blanket as they only gave us one but we were 6 guests. I got the last one on the property thankfully, but it’s February and the extra blankets are thin.

Pros: The hotel looked nice & the staff was pleasant.
Cons: We arrived on a Friday & booked for 2 nights. We were there to attend a nearby wedding. About 10:00 PM bus loads of teenagers arrived. There was no supervision & they were totally out of control. They were above us & next to us. The extreme noise & throwing things went on all night long. We couldn't sleep at all. The front desk was called several times for security But no one arrived. We checked out & received a refund thanks to the help of Kayak. We were able to get another room where the wedding was being held & all is good.

Pros: Clean Comfortable Continental Breakfast Close to slopes Friendly Staff TV, mini fridge and microwave in room We only stayed one night, we chose this after looking at reviews because it was the cheapest hotel that seemed decent.
Cons: Booked a room for my boyfriend and I, the room had 2 full beds instead of a queen. We decided to share one bed and it wasn't an issue.

7,0 Good
Pros: There is plenty of flat, open, grassy land behind the parking lot to walk and play with my dog.
Cons: The hotel restaurant's breakfast buffet could use better protection from unintended contamination from customers. A Plexiglas shield, as seen at many salad bars, would be a great addition.

1,0 Poor
