Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location near the airport, spacious rooms, and satisfying breakfast options. Many found the rooms clean and comfortable, with some highlighting the large bathrooms and good amenities. However, several guests expressed dissatisfaction with the service, citing issues such as unhelpful staff, problems at check-in, and poor communication. There were also repeated complaints about the quality and reliability of the WiFi, as well as occasional negative remarks about the restaurant and room maintenance. Overall, while the location and room comfort stood out positively, service and internet connectivity were notable areas for improvement.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) Close to the airport
Cons (-) Breakfast range that we selected was 6am to 6:30, and arrive at 6:31.. which is alright! Could have been better specially when you are traveling and time is everything!
Pros (+) Everything inside
Cons (-) Please read the ending. I liked the Hilton Paris Charles De Gaulle Airport facility very much. I would definitely use it again in the future. Pros (+) Overall great place to stay. The shuttle was a bit hard to find at CDG - but once located all went well. If you want to use the shuttle - locate where the TGV station on level 5 is - that is where they pick you up. It is a 3 min ride to hotel. Nice pool for the family - a hard thing to find in Paris.
Pros (+) Easy access to terminal 1 & 2
Cons (-) None.
