Wonderful Downtown Hotel
We liked everything about our stay, from the comfortable room to the gorgeous pool. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
Hyatt Regency downtown Lexington
The location was great, the rooms were comfortable. The staff was accommadating when I called requesting to check in early.
The room could have been a bit cleaner. I saw floss on the floor between the bathroom and the room which was not from me. It is nice being in the city center but it is also very loud, they do offer ear plugs though. Lots of sirens in the city.
We found the service to be good. The room was clean and parking was relatively easy.
I think we lucked out in the timing. We had a very quiet stay, but the room came with ear plugs. Maybe guests should check what events are happening at Rupp Arena before booking.
The staff was very friendly. I really liked the on site restaurant. The locations was very convenient.
The bathroom in my room was a little dated and dingy.
