Pros (+) Checking was easy Close to University or Kentucky campus.
Cons (-) Ceiling in room over bed needs repair, drywall seams were separating and discolored. AC on 4th floor did not work in common hallway areas. Thermostat read 84 degrees. Breakfast was cold, the egg omelet which is standard for HIE was so cold the cheese wasn’t even melted. Trash during breakfast was overflowing and not emptied until I notified front desk.
