6,3 Good
Pros: Position and price
Cons: Old dusty carpet everywhere
8,0 Excellent
Cons: swimming pool water is cold
6,0 Good
Pros: Parking
Cons: Beds were soft, small and compressed unevenly.. So one side felt uphill and the other down.
5,3 Okay
Pros: I was upgraded to one of the few renovated rooms because of a faulty tv. This room was very nicely decorated, expect ally the bathroom, the wifi worked well and there was a good choice for breakfast
Cons: The room I had initially been allocated was in need of renovation, dated decor mouldy bathroom etc. the problem with the new room was the temperature, as the upstairs neighbour turned on the heating the radiator pipes in my room were boiling hot. They were also making a lot of noise. And the duvet added further to the uncomfortable temperature, the material it was made of is more suitable for the arctic than for the. Netherlands
6,0 Good
Pros: Good location and friendly staff. Big room with enough rom to work and read.
Cons: It appears as if time had stopped in the 70's - colours and bathroom is dated. Mattress was far too soft for a good night sleep.

8,0 Excellent
Pros: The whole package was excellent. A great place for relaxing and joy.
Cons: Niets
7,0 Good
Pros: Clean room and nice location, swimming pool inside/outside is nice.
Cons: We went for a weekend but the massages were all booked full. We were not able to get a bed near the swimming pool (people do the usual towel wars claiming spots).
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Quiet and nice rooms, clean facility. Aside from food, great pricing! Everyone is helpful and smiling.
Cons: It is far away from city center, and the restaurant was a bit expensive. No water boilers in rooms. Also the heaters were not enough, it was a bit cold inside.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: My first stay at Spa hotel and good experience. Check in was good and quick. The woman on desk made our introduction an easy one. Good access to the rooms. Only two elevators but across 3 floors meant there was minimum wait. Lots of food locations for hotel size. We used spa restaurant; Breeze (?) and breakfast. Both had great service from staff (excellent throughout) but a little pricey. Rooms were good size, clean and in working order although a little dated (and warm in the evening).
Cons: Food was high restaurant price but snack bar quality...staff and ambience was good, however. Room’s fine, working order but a little dated and very hot (stuffy) in the night (for sleeping). I think the hotel could be a little more overt about cost for bathrobes and flip flops. Aforesaid my first time at spa hotel, and I should know better, but €50 for family is high
8,0 Excellent
Pros: We had a great stay at Sanadome. The spa is so enjoyable and has a choice of two different restaurants there so you really don't need to leave for the whole day! The rooms are really comfortable and clean. The staff are very helpful at the front desk and in all of the restaurants.
Cons: The whole place could do with a bit of an upgrade, the outside of the hotel and the lobby area are old-fashioned. For the price of the hotel, spa, and all the extras, I would really expect the place to look nicer / more up to date. The food and water are really expensive so make sure you bring a bottle to refill at the water fountains provided.

7,0 Good
Pros: When checking in, the staff was really friendly. The room is pretty big compared to the price, especially if you compare it to other hotels.
Cons: The building was really old, and the floor underneath the laminate flooring was made out of old wood. Every step that I took could be easily heard by the person in the room below me. This was pretty annoying since I arrived pretty late, and didn't want to disturb/wake up the person below me.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: I was traveling alone, which can be nerve wracking and difficult to lug bags up stairs, but I was helped to my room when arriving and when leaving. I appreciated all of the help I was given, and how kind the staff was.
Cons: There was a bit of a leakage issue by the window in the room I was staying in. However, I informed the staff and it should be taken care of!
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location, right in the heart of Nijmegen, close to shops, cafes and restaurants. The staff was really helpful and offered to upgrade our room free of charge, as we had mistakenly booked a double room with two single beds. The breakfast was great and the apartment was really cosy and warm, with a great view of the main street.
Cons: We were pretty happy with our stay :)
2,0 Mediocre

Pros: Bar guys very friendly :)
Cons: Car sounds outside to hight in the morning
3,0 Mediocre
Pros: staff was friendly and helpful and did what they could to make the best experience. However there is not much you can do about old run down facilities
Cons: Sheets snelled like cigarette smoke, the interior is horrible: red carpet with red curtains and fake wood closets. They gave me the room right next to the entrance (#20). The room was so noisy with people walking in and out that I asked at 1:30AM to change the room. The guy immediately did and I moved and was able to sleep in quiet. I wish I was there from the beginning of the night! It would have made it a better experience

Pros: We had a late check-in and that went very easily and smoothly. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was heavenly. The shower also was very good.
Cons: One of he two wall outlets at my bed stopoed working after one day and the bed lamp at the other bed was broken down.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming! Foyer decor was very warm and creative. Rooms were simple but effective for anyone out exploring for most of their time, as you should be in such a beautiful city! Breakfast was delicious (those croissants!) and easy.
Cons: Coffee was a little cold at breakfast, but otherwsie excellent!
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, quiet and calm room with an excellent shower. The hotel is in a really nice and beautiful area of the city. Staff is happy to help.
Cons: I would like to have a bit more vegan/gluten-free options for breakfast. But if I had asked for it, I think the staff would arranged it. The tv didn’t work and there was no soap in the soap dispenser. Also an improvement could me made by putting a kettle and tea glasses in the rooms and exchange the plastic cups in plastic bags for something less wasteful. These are just little changes that would move my rating from a 3 out of 5 to a 5 out of 5.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful location ,close to the river. Nice ,tidy room. Really helpful staff. Breakfast was tasty and fresh although there were no vegetables.

7,0 Good
Pros: we did like the location and the staff were very friendly and helpful. we also like that the bus stop is just across the street and the city is also 10minutes away by bus.
Cons: their bathroom is not that good. the water when you're taking a bath goes to the whole bathroom floor. the water heater also in the shower was bad as well, while taking a shower the water temperature was not consistent.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Restaurant is pretty good. Lots of parking spots available.
Cons: Hotel seems to be secondary to the restaurant business. Red stains on the shower curtain.

Cons: no elevator
3,6 Mediocre
Pros: Actually, the internet was available in my room, other othels try to exploit fees for connecting to the internet, so it was a great plus
Cons: Well, having stayed in other hotels in holland, I think it's average, I mean in other countries you can get much more for the same price, in general the hotel did not look very new, also, I don't like floor carpet, but it's very common
6,8 Good
Pros: The relaxed friendly atmosphere. Also, the proximity to other locations being close made it a wonderful place to bicycle to and from.
Cons: The night staff was a bit less informed about how to route calls to the rooms. The internet access was too week from my room and I had to do all internet access from the lobby.
5,6 Okay
Pros: Good location 2 miles from Niemegen centre and on routes out/around city. Didn't use restaurant-but nobody seemed to anyway. Poor marketing of a very nice looking hotel.
Cons: Toilet/washbasin space too small for comfort. Antiquated toilet flush system which smelled badly when flushed.

Pros: I arrived late night at the nice old building with bar/restaurant, in the old city centre, where got into a rather newly renovated big room, good bathroom for a short sleep and departure early next morning - just fine.
Cons: The bad weather, but not the hotel to blame. Unfortunately I was too late to better enjoy. The check-out took forever since; they did not find my information and the remaining payment of the city tax could/should have been arranged the night before.
10,0 Excellent

Cons: Nothing

Pros: The staff in the hotel were friendly, the location of the hotel was great - beside lots of bars, restaurants and shops.
Cons: There was no hairdryer, no tea & coffee making facilities or no extra blankets in the room. I don’t know if these were available if requested as I did not ask.

Pros: The room was clean, but the bed I expected to be a bit longer. The breakfast was really good. I even could not finish all food. Location is far from the city center, but I've chosen it because it is close to university, thought it is still in 15 minutes walking. I would recommend this guest house for 1-2 nights.
