I was traveling alone, which can be nerve wracking and difficult to lug bags up stairs, but I was helped to my room when arriving and when leaving. I appreciated all of the help I was given, and how kind the staff was.
There was a bit of a leakage issue by the window in the room I was staying in. However, I informed the staff and it should be taken care of!
Very small room. Noisy.
An excellent location for shops and restaurants. Relatively near to the main train station.
No desk as advertised. Curious 24 hour noise, possibly the water or washing machine systems. However, I was near the top of the building.
Perfect location, right in the heart of Nijmegen, close to shops, cafes and restaurants. The staff was really helpful and offered to upgrade our room free of charge, as we had mistakenly booked a double room with two single beds. The breakfast was great and the apartment was really cosy and warm, with a great view of the main street.
We were pretty happy with our stay :)
The Room i reserved was not like described in the pictures. It was a katastrophal room. Will never come again. There Was no WiFi.
