Pros (+) Close proximity to our son's townhouse and the University.
Cons (-) Tons of homeless/panhandlers. Price was quite a bit higher, but we didn't realize that there was a UK Bball game that night, so I guess it makes sense.

Pros (+) Rooms were much larger than expected, with an entry suite area with a pull out couch and wet bar before you even entered the bedroom. Location is near major roads, one mile from Country Boy Brewery, and half a mile from a racino.
Cons (-) Google maps takes you to the closed road behind the hotel, without a way to get to the entrance or parking lot. You have to go out to a main road and take a few lefts across traffic to get there. This happened to us and our Uber driver.
