Awful experience. They gave us a room with no a/c. It was clammy and gross. We called to tell them and they sent their engineer. He didn’t come for 40 min. He flushed the system and left a box fan. We waited another hour and nothing changed so we called back and said we wanted a new room. Cons (-) Can hear conversations in adjacent rooms through the doors between rooms. From 3-4am next door room was partying, preventing me from sleeping. Pros (+) The location was terrific. We were in Lexington for a wedding and there was a UK basketball game so traffic and parking were difficult. We couldn't be guaranteed a parking spot. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
Cons (-) Parking and check in. I booked through booking.com and prepaid 6 months in advance. I reserved 3 rooms and they couldn't find my reservation. Told me I had to call booking.com even though I had a paper receipt. It took me an hour and 15 minutes to check in!

Pros (+) The location was within walking distance to about everything. The only positive.
Cons (-) The room was small and had no refrigerator. The air didn't get that cold and something in the room made my nose congested and I could not sleep. This went away almost instantly after I went outside. Also you have to pay $10 a night to park in the garage. For Hilton money shouldn't you get a parking spot? I think so. Won't be back.
