Hôtel Saint-Marc - Paris - Building
1
9,4 Excellent (752 reviews)
R4 167+
Overview Reviews
In the heart of Paris, just steps away from the Opera House, the Louvre, theatres, boutiques and galleries, Hôtel Saint-Marc offers an ultra-chic paradise where luxury, design and discretion come together. Seduced by the elegant and festive history of this secret 18th-century hôtel particulier that is considered a piece of French heritage, and inspired by a passion for Parisian culture, we dreamed of a place where spirit and beauty come together with meaning and refinement. We entrusted the full decoration of the Hotel to Ditmore Studio. To join together the flesh of History and the breath of our time. By combining vintage furniture with tailor-made creations, items found at flea markets with signed objects. Hôtel Saint-Marc has 26 rooms, including one suite. They are designed as private apartments, as luxurious and comfortable as they are intimate and Parisian. They come in six different decors, characterized by six main colors: sky blue, petrol green, pink, burgundy red, mustard yellow and pine green, which give each of them a unique and resolutely aesthetic dimension.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The decor, comfy beds, nice/helpful staff, very clean and great location.
Cons: It was all perfect!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff are really professional and friendly, they went above and beyond expectation when asked for recommendations. The rooms are really nice, almost floor to ceiling windows looking out onto the garden are so good. The bathroom was the major selling point, such great design and workmanship. Walk in shower and huge basin. So good I’m considering something similar for my own place. Great location, can’t go wrong for food in most areas of Paris and this area is no exception.
Cons: Nothing I can think of
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Great staff! Reception was Super friendly (and patient) and helpful with tours, taxi service. Beautiful room, very nice bathroom. Great breakfast. Nice sitting areas, and drinks available incl wine and beer. Hotel location close to shops, restaurants and metro.
Cons: The pool was not warm, but we did go in late, maybe didn’t have enough time to warm up.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: I like the design of Saint Marc, stylish yet comfortable. Staff are nice and helpful.
Cons: Nothing.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful. We got the chance to use the spa facilities. Getting to use the pool & steam room just for the two of you for a hour was amazing. Pure luxury. Beautifully styled rooms and bathrooms.
Cons: Tiny point - didn’t replenish the shampoos/shower gels. Had to ask.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Staff was kind and very helpful. The Room was very nice and the bathroom was big. Beds were comfortable! The private time In The spa was a nice extra touch!
Cons: Our room overlooked the garden which opens to the lobby. Though pretty, It was a little loud as people were coming and going and talking/eating breakfast outside. Cleaning staff started early and vacuumed the hallway outside our room very early. Just wish it were a little quieter.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable, very nice staff, neat little courtyard-garden, quiet, lovely spa with small swimming pool and steam room to be booked individually
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The design, location and breakfast buffet. Hotelrooms and bed are beyond sexy, and if you are looking for a stylish central location to spend with your partner The bathroom is heated seperately, which is very cool.
Cons: Despite the breathtaking design, the hotel is neither smart or charming. The tmosphere lacks a liveliness and spirit. The staff is correct and friendly, but lacks flair and warmth. Don't get me wrong, I really love the visual beauty of the place, but little things like poor minibar, not filling up shower gel, and the cold behavious or the staff doesn't make me fall in love with the place. The construction site in fron of the hotel didn't help either (you woud hear the noise in the patio)
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely wonderful hotel. Beautiful rooms. Nice spa and very good breakfast. Staff are very nice and helpful. Stayed for five nights. Enjoyed every minute.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Room was perfect for our needs. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our time in the spa. Convenient location to all the activities we had on our list. Lots of restaurants in the area.
Cons: Obviously not the Hotel's fault but would have liked to have been aware of the office building being directly constructed across the street. We are on the second floor so we didn't need an alarm clock! I've stayed at a hotel with this situation before and were offered compensation up front for the inconvenience (complimentary breakfast, small discount on room) but not this time.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast really nice, good location,
Cons: drinks in hotel are rather expensive
Overview Reviews
When Charm & More decided to create a hotel of discreet luxury with top-end amenities and service, all in a chic, relaxed atmosphere, they brought together the talents that could turn that dream to reality: Jean-Michel Wilmotte for the design, Bruno Doucet for the restaurant and a team from the luxury hospitality industry for the services.Whether it’s in one of our 33 rooms or suite, settled in at the restaurant or lounging under the bar’s glass roof, the Hôtel de Nell welcomes you in style, with intimate spaces trimmed in exclusive décor with the sole objective of enhancing your well-being.The Hôtel de Nell is much more than comfort. It’s a state of being.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: We were upgraded to one of the nicest rooms I have ever stayed in
6,3 Good
Pros: Pros: location is AAA+. Easy to reach most sight sings.
Cons: Cons: 1) Breakfast. I didn't get why it's rated so high. Coffee and a croissant it's not a breakfast. I am disappointed. Paid for but didn't use for 5 days. Not recommended to add this option at all. For 15 euro you get mountains of options around. 2) Some staff doesn't speak EN at all. Surprise in 5* hotel. 3) Room. Bathroom and WC are separated, Bathroom is some kind of open space with not door, they are located in different corners of the room. Very strange and uncomfortable. 4) All in all when I see 9+rating I used to see pretty different service and conditions. That the first time when the reality didn't meet expectations at all. I would rate this hotel as 3*.
6,7 Good
Pros: A very good 3 star hotel
Cons: Not a five star
6,3 Good
Cons: The room was uncomfortable
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location - will try the restaurant next time
Cons: Make sure you pre-advise arrival and preferred departure time
9,6 Excellent
Pros: It’s personal - only 33 rooms and you don’t get the feeling that you’re lost in a huge building. And I loved having a small, intimate restaurant with excellent food and an enormous wine list. I ate there my last night and when I come back I’m inclined to eat there because being a solo traveler it’s so easy. And the staff are superb. I had one small problem with a staff member and it was addressed immediately.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Staff very helpful and polite. Room very clean and comfortable.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was outstanding!
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Reception best helps to us solve about noisy rooms.and they give to us quite room.
Cons: Some rooms little noisy.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: amazing place, very helpful team
9,2 Excellent
Cons: Booked the hotel based upon additional bed but on arrival turned out to be a camp bed, if known would’ve looked at other hotels for better price.

Overview Reviews
The heart of the hotel Bel Ami beats at the rhythm of the legendary artistic and literary district of Saint-Germain des Prs with its many famous cafs and boutiques. Its rooms and suites are chic and relaxed, just as the bar and restaurant which are contemporary yet cosy. After visiting Muse d'Orsay which is a mere 15 minutes walking distance or the Louvre at only 10 minutes walking, you can treat yourself to a relaxing treatment in the hotels exclusive Spa.

Pros: Super location secure
Cons: nothing
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything it's a great hotel with very friendly helpful staff. We always stay here when in Paris
Cons: Nothing
9,2 Excellent
Cons: I was in a freshly refurbished room that smelt strongly of fresh paint. I thought the room needed to be aired out for longer before put in use.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing location - best location in Paris for a visitor. Very friendly staff. Great value
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The location was brilliant and the staff were very helpful
Cons: The hotel didn't have a restaurant so we had to eat in the bar area which felt a little strange.
4,6 Okay
Pros: the best part of the hotel is the location and its good breakfast
Cons: When i arrived at night on a prepaid reservation the reception staff tried to send me to another hotel nearby claiming the room had suffered damage and was unavailable. After a full day of travelling and not having received an advance notice of the "event" I suspected this was a trick used by an overçbooked hotel. I demanded to see the damages and this the supposed manager was unable to show me, so after a little voice raisingf on my part all of the sudden the room became available. I left that the hotel reception made to lie to me their paying customer . Two more managers emerged and during my short saty the hotel personel made me feel as if they had made me and my wife a favor by letting us stay in the hotel for which I had PREPAID my stay. I can only imagine if my reservation was not prepaid I would have been in the street looking for a hotel room
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The Breakfast was amazing, the staff including the concierge (Christophe and another lady, unfortunately have forgotten her name) and reception especially during check-in were so friendly, helpful and attentive, they went out of their way to assist with everything making us forget that we were actually staying in a hotel! Beds super comfy! Great rooms a bit small but that's typical of Paris! A truly personalised level of service! The barman on the first night went out of his way to open the kitchen late night and make hot chocolate for the kids! The location is superb! Everything from shops to metro to cafes is a short walking distance!
Cons: There is nothing to complain about!
7,9 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: The bathroom. Impossible to take a shower without having a pool in the bathroom. No laundry service on Sunday. Noise at night.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: cleanliness and good staff
Cons: No space
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Location is perfect and staff is very helpful.
Cons: Room Size could have been a little bigger and a little variation in Breakfast.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Always proactively offering to help. The hotel and rooms were nice and clean. The room sizes were bigger than the average sized Parisian hotel. Food that I tried was ok. The location was the best I’ve experienced to date compared to previous visits to Paris.
Cons: I wasn’t overly impressed by the one evening meal I had in the hotel
Hôtel Le 123 Elysées - Astotel - Paris - Building

9,0 Excellent (731 reviews)
R3 352+
Overview Reviews
The fanciest address: 123 rue du Faubourg Saint Honore, 8th arrondissement. A district renowned for its fashion houses, antique shops, art galleries and gourmet restaurants, a few steps from the Champs Elysees. Our hotel is the new "Haute Couture" of the 8th district. We present an original display of materials: Dressed-stone in some rooms, four-poster beds in others, a starry sky above the zinc roof of some bathrooms ... Let us guide you through our grand staircase, decorated with red brick in London style, to one of our 41 rooms of unique and contemporary design.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, central to lots of sites. Good size rooms
Cons: Nothing
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel Le 123 Elysees is very well located, 3 minutes walk to Champ Elysees and right opposite to Starbucks cafe but trust me you will not go there as the hotel provides you free access to Open Bar where you can have unlimited snacks and drinks. Hotel is sparkling clean and entire staff is friendly and helpful. You will find no reasons not to go back. Completely worth for the price you are paying. We came to know that that we can use the Open Bars for free in 13 other Astotel hotels as well but unfortunately we went only for a day. We will recommend it to our friends and family who will visit Paris.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic location
Cons: We were on the first floor and you could here the underground, nobody's fault just my only criticism.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Stuff. Services breakfast
7,9 Good
Pros: Location and decorations.
Cons: Staff.
6,7 Good
Pros: Everything was just ok. Helpful staff
Cons: Room was very small! Nothing like the picures!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We really appreciated the free happy hour that was from 2:00pm to 2:00am. The selection was great and the coconut tart was the best. Our rooms we a nice size, the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The location was very convenient and close to several metro stations. The breakfast in the morning was a great value and had good selection. We would stay here again and recommend it.
Cons: It was hard to shower without getting water everywhere in room 201. Diet Coke would have been preferred over Pepsi Max.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The staff were amazing and so friendly. I nearly had to stay another night in Paris and they offered to find me a room in their chain if I needed it. The free afternoon drinks and snacks were lovely and just what we needed after lots of walking. Breakfast was plentiful and they even made me a proper latte - such a treat in Paris. Highly recommend the hotel and the staff went out of their way to help. I was with my daughter and would say it is perfect for family travel. Room was clean and had everything we needed although not huge. Location is good for the underground too.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: A short walk to the Champs Elysses, etc. Hotel staff is great and very helpful, with a special note of thanks to front desk staff Louise! Breakfast is substantial, beds extremely comfortable. Price was very reasonable considering the location and the fact that breakfast was included. Definitely recommend this hotel.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very kind and helpful. Clean and comfortable room. Location is perfect.
7,9 Good
Pros: - location - balcony in my room and size of the room - soft drinks and snacks has being served over the day - bad was comfy and bathroom is nice designed - choice of food for breakfast - hotel design
Cons: - i asked to have a late check-out (2pm instead of 12pm) but a receptionist didn’t allow me to do so - my stay was over the weekend on Jul, 14th and there were some strikes on the street close-by (but it’s an exception i believe) - I’d advise the property to have a bar with some choice of wine in the afternoon so the clients could refresh in the evening with no need to go outside :)

4,2 Okay

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing location. Beautiful rooms. Not over the top luxury. Great staff.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: location, hotel staffs , room design and room amenities .
Cons: Seating area for breakfast is not enough.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were beautiful with great amenities (pretty much a full kitchen including Nespresso maker, L'Occitane toiletries, nice decor) and there was a nice lounge area in the lobby. The evening turndown service is great!! The location is heavily touristy but very central and handy for both walking around and nearby metro stops.
Cons: The bathrooms had a strange set up, with the light on the outside (meaning if you had to go in the middle of the night then the whole room would be flooded with light, waking up anyone else in there) and the shower had a glass panel that only blocked about 1/3 of the length (meaning you basically had to stick your head under the shower head to turn on the water, and during the shower the floor got soaked).
8,3 Excellent
Pros: i think the breakfast area is a little too small for the size of the property. This morning, we have quite a queue at the breakfast area and some people weren't very happy.
Cons: I absolutely love the location this property. It is about 100m from Louvre entrance and I love all the runs I did along the Saine in a short time I were in Paris thanks to the hotel's excellent location.
7,5 Good
Pros: Location, room with kitchen.
Cons: Only 4 tables for breakfast. Absurd. We had to grab and go in two occasions.
6,3 Good
Cons: the staff was not pleasan, they couldn't allow me to check out an hour later, after i have explained that i travelled from the US as was very Jet legged.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Frank got to know everyone at breakfast and he made everyone feel like they’re at home.
Cons: No where nearby to park a vehicle.
7,1 Good
Pros: The location was excellent, and our room was beautiful.
Cons: The staff was exceptionally rude, dismissive, condescending, and seemingly went out of their way to be unhelpful or chastise us for not doing their job for them.

9,7 Excellent
Pros: This is a lovely small hotel in an excellent location with an outstanding staff. As another reviewer noted, Giorgio at the front desk is polite and cheerful, in a quiet sort of way, and very helpful and attentive. This hotel Our only complaint is that is a top choice for someone wanting to spend several days exploring - - either on foot, by Metro, or by car - - the sights of Paris.
Cons: Our only complaint is that the housekeeping staff had to be asked to replenish bath soap and shower gel.
7,1 Good
Pros: the staff were polite, the breakfast was nice, the bed was comfy and the free tea/coffee was a nice touch.
Cons: for the price, my room was tiny and had very little natural sunlight - felt a bit like being in a cave! it also wasn't perfectly clean and neither was the dining room. it was very similar to hotels i've stayed in in the same area for around 2/3 of the price.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel staff was great. Also the location absolutely central and walking distance to main attractions.
Cons: Maybe room service to clean the room should check back when people are in the room to clean it later.

I said ok please take my luggage down and they are ready. I came back at 3:15pm and they wanted to charge me late check out. I said I told the lady and he said it’s a favor that they will not charge. I didn’t argue to save my nerves and energy. But if you didn’t have a place for a 1:30 check out how can you have place until 3:15pm with a late charge!

5,4 Okay
Pros: I had admired staying at your hotel since 2013. Every visit to Paris there was only one place to stay and that was the hotel Raphael, and it was wonderful. But, my last visit left me with great sadness and so much disappointment.
Cons: 1. On arriving at the hotel I was surprised that no porter/ no doorman appeared to come out and help with luggage! so, I am not sure if it was intended for the guests of the 5-star hotel to carry their luggage themselves according to some new rules?! 2. The receptionists at the hotel receiving the international guests must speak English and surprisingly it didn’t happen either (I was hardly understood by the personnel though I had not experienced such a problem any time before that). 3. I was suggested terrible room that didn’t suit my expectations at all as it was small, tiny and dark. 4. Entering the room, I found someone else’ luggage!!! left and forgotten. SUITCASE OF SOME OTHER GUESTS WAS IN THE ROOM!!! So I called the reception asking to take it away and after 15 minutes wait (!) and no one showing up at my door I had to come downstairs myself to ask again to take the luggage away! 5. Actually the same day I was promised to be provided with another room next day though it didn’t happen.

Pros: Loved staying here. A stones throw away from Rue de bac metro station and in the heart of St Germain. Comfortable rooms - small but not unexpected for this part of Paris. 5 mins to the river and Musee d’orsay. Continental breakfast was lovely (beautiful croissants) and the additional cost for a hot breakfast was reasonable. Staff were lovely. Would be back for sure.
Cons: No iron in the room, house keeping did not replenish the shower gel etc - a little disappointing for a 5 star property.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was delicious
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and rainfall shower was awesome! We had a deluxe double bed, which is somewhat hard to find in Paris
Cons: We opted for breakfast included in our reservation. Be advised this is a true continental breakfast: pastries, muesli, fruit and yogurt only (coffee, tea and juice of course). It would have been nice to have a protein item, even if it was hard-cooked eggs or cold meats. We didn’t feel the breakfast included was a good value

Pros: I loved staying in a Haussmann building known to be one of the first 5 star hotels in the Left Bank. The location was perfect, in the middle of all Saint Germain- Prés, but on a quiet street.
Cons: There wasn’t any thing I didn’t like.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. They were always asking if I had everything I needed to make sure my stay was comfortable. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very quiet. They are bigger than most of the other hotel rooms I have stayed in in Paris. The location is fantastic, and the hotel is located on a quiet street, even though it is in a very central area of the city.

Pros: Location is great. Multiple lines of Metro and RER right underneath the hotel (RER B direct to the CDG airport). Many restaurants around.
Cons: A bit noisy becoz of the bars around at weekends.

Pros: The location was superb. Right next to the Metro and within a walk of the river and many landmarks.
Cons: Mice running around in the bar area.
7,5 Good
Pros: Language barrier, they made their own assumptions on what you were asking and they were always wrong
Cons: Location
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Rooms were good size, staff very helpful and plenty of restaurant options
Cons: Bathroom was odd, glass doors and raised steps not so ideal for slightly older travelers
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything about our stay was great. The staff were exceptional - helpful with recommendations, especially friendly and inclusive of the kids. Our room was lovely and clean, the bed was very comfortable... although the pull-out couch less so. The food at the restaurant was amazing. The breakfast buffet was delicious and a great value with kids; and the dinner was superb.
Cons: More of a reflection on France, it seems recycling and sustainability efforts are still in their early days. The recycling options were limited in our hotel as well. No recycling in the room, and there was not one place to hang used towels, so we ended up getting them switched out everyday.

9,2 Excellent
Pros: Room was very comfortable and surprisingly quiet with the windows closed. The entire breakfast setting and spread were simply amazing. The staff were absolutely great; particularly Henri who was super helpful in explaining where to go and what to do. The breakfast is a must!
Cons: Surprisingly enough, many of the restaurants around the place were pretty awful, which is ironic for this city. It was also overpriced, which would have been somewhat acceptable if the food was at least good. It's smart to get away three to four blocks away from all the main streets with the biggest tourist attractions for the best food, which you'll also find to be a lot cheaper. A lot of the big ticket tourist attractions are actually within a leisurely walking distance which was great. You don't even have to look for RER or buses, even though they're all around you.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: I like the location, it’s close to Galeries Lafayette, value for money.
Cons: The air conditioner is locked through out our trip. We have to open the window for cool air which then gets noisy.

Pros: Staff gave one of us a free upgrade. Gorgeous lobby. Central location. Great restaurants nearby that staff recommended. Big bathroom, air conditioning, 2 elevators. We had a soundproof room. Fantastic value for money, would stay here again. Superb!
Cons: The breakfast was overpriced and hot dishes were cold and cold dishes, like yogurt, were warm. But we went out for cheap croque madams across the street so we recommend doing that.

Pros: The size of the room, a very comfortable bed and pillows. I was surprised to find such a hotel 4* that can be sealy rated as 5*. I just compared another hotel 5* close to Champs Elysees more than twice more expensive than Maison Albar with very small rooms and unbearable street noice. My hotel was really quite despite the proximity of the train station.

In a very quiet street in the heart of the lively La Motte Picquet district across from the famous Village Suisse antique market, its favourable location will delight you.Come and enjoy these exceptional surroundings, just a few minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower and the Champ de Mars. The area is well-served by three metro lines, letting you go wherever you like in Paris!
6,3 Good
Pros: The location was amazing just 10 minutes from Eiffel tower and also full of very nice restaurants around. Staff was very friendly. The gym which was in a separate building was definitely a plus although it was like a hidden gem since it was not advertised anywhere in the room or reception. The car parking for 25 euros a day in the close by Auchan grocery was ok
Cons: The room was very small, no kettle, the tv was like from the 80's and very hard to use. There was a temporary issue with hot water not working in the morning for the whole building but the staff offered a complimentary breakfast as a pay back. Also weirdly enough the hair dryer was installed inside the cupboard and not in the bathroom. There was no proper hotel sign and from the road it is kind of hard to find

Pros: The hotel’s location is perfect! Less than 5 minutes to get to the Eiffel tower and the nearest metro station. The breakfast is great and the staff really helpful and nice.

Pros: Location is perfect Hotel feel is classic Bathroom was amazing Bedroom was very good
Cons: Bathroom was not properly cleaned at arrival. We reached hotel around 2 am and we were asked to fill forms which was ridiculous. I was traveling with my wife and a toddler and we were damn tired. It took forever to get a room key. I requested for a parking space and on arrival they said that parking is full. I parked on the road in front of hotel for free till 8 or 9 am and it saved me 20 or 25 dollars. I could not find hotel at first when I reach the destination through gps. I have to walk the street to find it. There should be proper signs of a hotel.

Cons: The construction at the Chanel offices. Extremely loud and far from relaxing.

Pros: THE BEST LOCATION, JUST NEXT TO THE CHANEL. I LOVE THE ELLIOT CAT, WHO IS ALWAYS IN THE SOFA IN THE LOBBY, SUPER CUTE. FRONT DESK PEOPLE ARE VERY HELPFUL... THEY ARRANEGE FEW BOOKINGS FOR US, WHEN CONCIERGE WAS OFF ALREADY.
Cons: ROOM IS BIT SMALL. WATER PRESSURE IS QUTE WEAK. VERY NOISY OUTSIDE IN THE EARLY MORNINGS.

Pros: The Castille was fabulous in every way. I loved my stay there and will definitely return. The hotel is gorgeous and the staff is exceptional. The location is superb and even though in the center of Paris it was quiet and peaceful. Also, the hotel has the most comfortable beds ever!
Cons: Not a thing. The only thing I didn't like was that I had to leave! I cannot wait until I return.

Pros: The staff is amazing. Room always clean. Great location
9,0 Excellent
Pros: It has a gym, which is rare for a hotel in the 1st!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The location is perfect along with the staff.
7,9 Good
Pros: The staff was excellent. They quickly changed our room after the initial room had a plumbing issue with our toilet to an actually upgraded 3 person room. The restaurant closed August 3 and only breakfast was available on-site. While we had 2 meals the first day at restaurant they were also some of the most expensive meals we had during our trip. I would not recommend the restaurant for dinner or lunch as an option for travelers with families. Breakfast was excellent though again a little expensive for the buffet. The location of the property was excellent for both walking distances and to venues and to the metro.
Cons: Size of room. While its standard for European boutique type hotel. It was a little cramped for 3 people
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic location for shopping and sightseeing. Hotel definitely 5* excellent.

Cons: Some building work next door but noise was limited but jack hammer noise was annoying
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff over-all was AMAZING! The front desk, concierge, bar and restaurant service was awesome!
Cons: Things move very slow and you should not expect to receive quick service. If you ask for a drink or cup of coffee, be prepared to wait. This is just how it is in France. I would not take this as a negative, they move slow.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Perfect Location. Lovely atmosphere in the hotel.
Cons: I find it ridiculous to pay for extra’s at breakfast. It’s the 3rd time we stay at your hotel and we really love it, but is you pay €35 pp for breakfast and you have to pay an extra €8-€10 for an omelet or some pancakes this really doesn’t suit the service-level of your hotel to my opinion. This is also new to us, the times we stayed in your hotel before, this wasn’t an issue. The rest of our stay was perfect !

Pros: Reception was friendly, and the building is nice. The room is open and they were accommodating with special requests
Cons: We went for breakfast on time but the place was fool. We were standing there for several minutes without even getting anyone from the service, then told in a rush to grab soemthing and go to another room (but the person went away without even giving us time to tell us that they weren't plates available). And when we found the other place there was no one there and not even a set table. We ended up cancelling and going to a cafe outside the hotel. The hotel did refund us the breakfast later and gave up a discount on one of the extra services as a compensation.

Pros: Pool. The idea of the hotel around the pool is nice. Beautiful view from roof-top bar.
Cons: It's always slightly messy to move around from the hotel to the club and pool, it's not straightforward and take some time.
5,0 Okay
Pros: Great swimming pool. Nice staff members around the pool.
Cons: Not a 5 star hotel. Service is average at best (during breakfast for instance or at reception). Annoyance of the “club” members who make you feel and tell you that they belong here and not you (interrupt swimmers to explain them the “rules”, speak loud and show off their so called status....). Just makes you wonder who are the real clients of this place.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Location suited us perfectly as we were going to a festival nearby but a bit Of journey into central Paris - easy enough on the metro through. Rare to get good size rooms in Paris. Even rarer to get not one but two amazing pools. Plenty of space, nice vibes and great staff.
Cons: The food we ordered whether on the roof or in the cafe took FOREVER to arrive!! This put us off eating at the hotel. The breakfast however was fantastic - superb choice and quality.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Historic building with such an interesting history. The outdoor pool was just brilliant after a day sightseeing. The staff were friendly and really helpful with info about Paris and how to get about. Breakfast was great!
Cons: Lack of a balcony for hanging towels to dry is just about all I can think of.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast, could use some oatmeal. Hard to tell if you could special order things from the menu with the buffet breakfast. Allowed for early checkin.
Cons: The bill is really hard to interpret.
4,6 Okay
Cons: I stayed for the weekend at Molitor. I was disappointed by the general service and particularly the unwelcoming behavior of the staff, especially at the front desk area. Before arriving, we asked if it would possible to check in at 2 pm on the day of arrival. We received this answer from the hotel “If you want to have an early check-in, please make sure to book the previous night. I kindly ask you to note that check-in is from 4:00 pm and check-out at noon. Indeed, at 2:00 pm, no rooms will be available as our guests won't have left yet the hotel.” On the day of departure, we called the reception to ask if we could checkout a little bit later. We were told “the check-out policy of the hotel was noon and no later”. All of this happened while the hotel was nearly empty with just a few clients. In short, hotel staff seem to resent customers or think they are better than everybody else because they work at the Molitor! There are far better hotels in Paris to stay with more welcoming staff. I do not recommend this hotel.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Ok the rooms and pools are prefect. The hotel is very clean and not overcrowded. The guest are respectful towards another. The place really relaxes you no matter what.
Cons: The quality of the food is really terrible, feels like frozen super market food and is not appetizing. The quality of the staff is very irregular. Some are super motivated and really care about your experience, and others are not so motivated or helpful.

Pros: Superb hotel, very well decorated, confortable and with an extra welcoming staff. You feel like taking pictures in every corner of the place.
Cons: Being huge, navigating through the corridors to get somewhere can be tricky and take a long time. The restaurant/bar prices are high, even for very simple meals.

Pros: The Pool is AMAZING! Quiet and elegant. The art is really nice
Cons: Staff is not very attentive and looks overwhelmed. Never a table to eat for us...

Pros: Breakfast was very good and wholesome. The location is ideal: free shuttle to airport, where you can take the TGV to Paris in 40 minutes. The beds were super comfortable and the rooms bright and airy. The swimming pool is great. Will return!
Cons: The doors to the balcony had some minor issues. Wifi wasn't easily accessible.

Pros: Staff were polite and hotel was clean and quiet.
Cons: Only two check in clerks in the eve with numerous guests checking in. Only 2 ice makers in the hotel both of which were not accessible to us on our floor and wing location.

Pros: The beds were great and the staff were helpful
Cons: Our bathroom smelled like sewage. We had two rooms and the balcony door on the one would close. Our issue was it was a shared balcony with another room. So after calling for assistance and nothing be resolved, we had to jimmy the door ourselves and make sure we ran the shower alot to keep the smell down.

Pros: I liked the spacious room and the park right by the hotel where I could take my dog on a nice walk.
Cons: The staff when we arrived (20:00) were not very helpful. The security guard did not seem to know how to instruct people to park their car. The staff inside at the concierge desk did not guide us to the reception desk and just let me stand there in front of them for 15 minutes while helping airline staff check in. I finally asked them if I was supposed to check in there and they pointed out another desk to go to. There was also no information in the room about the hotel and the hotel facilities.

7,1 Good
Pros: Very convenient for exhibition center. The property has a Spa and Pool which is a nice bonus.
Cons: Had to change rooms twice, first one had drain issue, second room looked over kitchens and bins and got woken up at 7am with the truck cleaning out the drains. Having said all of that, the front office manager was very responsive and made arrangments to move me to a quieter part of the hotel with an upgrade so overalll I had a very nice stay. Better to stay on the quiet wing of the hotel.
