Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel for its exceptionally friendly and attentive staff, high standards of cleanliness, and excellent breakfast selection. Many highlight the convenient location with easy access to public transport and city attractions. The atmosphere is described as welcoming and family-friendly, with thoughtful details like pet amenities and a cozy courtyard. However, several guests note that rooms facing the street can be noisy, especially due to trams, and some mention the lack of air conditioning as a drawback during hot weather. Overall, the positives far outweigh the negatives, making this hotel a popular choice for many travelers.
