9,6 Excellent
Pros: Quiet room (as requested); comfortable bed and bedding; piping hot breakfast (on hot plates)
Cons: The shower room was small, however it was modern, nicely tiled and clean. No space to park in the hotel's courtyard, however we found a space in front of the shops over the road (a matter of luck on arrival) and again at midnight, after returning from a birthday party.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Staff were friendly and helpful, hotel in an excellent location for both the station and the town.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were great and couldn’t do enough to help us!
Cons: Nothing!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly greeting and given our room even though we were early. Room was lovely, bed very comfortable. Great fan. Breakfast was really nice. Loved my fresh poached eggs.
Cons: Leaving- no one at reception. I think they were probably busy with breakfast as we left at 9 ish.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Good location, great staff and management, good breakfasts
Cons: Nothing
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Super friendly staff, attentive to every detail - from checking in, showing how the keys work, to booking me a taxi and making sure it turned up on time. Breakfast is a continental buffet plus hot food cooked fresh to order. Location super convenient, short walk to train station, town centre, restaurants, etc. Lovely to be upgraded on arrival, huge bed, very comfortable!
Cons: Only small minor detail was that the curtain in the room comes away from the wall a fair bit, and as the window faces the one stop shop with its lights on all night, it does let a fair bit of light into the room at night. An extra blind closer to the window should sort that.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Location and staff service
Cons: Shower was tiny and room right next to the road
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel is great value, I received an upgrade as it was quiet. It was very clean, friendly staff, welcoming and willing to help, , excellent location. There is a lot you can do nearby, I would definitely stay here again!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location, close to narrow boat and Warwick Castle and other tourist attractions. Great breakfast Friendly staff, very accommodating
Cons: Issue with bathroom towel warmer, which is difficult to shut off, which keeps the room too warm. Only issue.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was lovely.
Cons: Bathroom was cold and we couldn't see how to turn radiator on.

Cons: Not applicable
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Attended a friends wedding here on Monday. Could not fault the hotel, rooms where fantastic, modern and very classy far exceed our expectations. Everywhere was spotless. The staff, all of them so efficient and friendly. helpful with any questions, kept the wedding moving with humour and efficiency. Food, for the whole wedding was gorgeous and next day breakfast did not disapoint. I wish we didn't live so near or I would be a regualar visitor. Although a few meals there have my name on them. Thank again to everyone at Nuthurst for a truly lovely stay.
Cons: Nothing!! :)
8,8 Excellent

8,8 Excellent
Pros: The friendliness of all the staff.
Cons: I did ask for a sitting room and bedroom, but just had a bedroom. It was a lovely bedroom, but not quite what we wanted.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Heather the Proprietor was very welcoming and helpful. Plenty of Farmland to explore and was lovely to see the Deer in the "Deer Paddock". Couple of Nice Pubs along the Canal. Woodland Grange is fabulous and makes it into my top ten of Chalet establishments .
Cons: Fortunately is was a warm evening so we did not require any heating but in trying to get the Towel Rail working in the bathroom we discovered that we could not get the heating working in the main room. Just as well it was a warm night. We have stayed at many similar Chalet's and this is the first establishment we have stayed at with state of the art touch pad heating controls , so maybe it was us not fully understanding the instructions. The main thing was we rang Heather on how to activate the towel rail and she answered the phone at 10pm and advised us on what to do.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Secluded, quiet, picturesque
Cons: Mattress was a bit firm for me
10,0 Excellent

Pros: The location is lovely. Chalet was clean and kitted out with everything you might need during your stay. Heather and Tony couldn't be any more hospitable, checking to see if we needed more milk, bread etc. We will definitely be spreading a good word and returning. Thankyou so much.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Peaceful, clean, stunning surroundings. A really nice relaxing place to stay. Great facilities.
Cons: The tin opener didn’t work. I was going to have a ton of rice pudding. Probably for the best for the waistline
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent value for money
Cons: Unfortunately hair in shower tray and cupboard above basin in bathroom on our arrival
9,2 Excellent
Pros: A very peaceful location and beautiful view from our chalet which had a comfy lounge /kitchenette area, a cosy bedroom with a huge bed, and a pleasant but small bathroom. We loved the basket of goodies for breakfast and being able to use a fridge overnight too.
Cons: Not fully wheelchair accessible. This didn’t matter for me as I am able to walk a little, but could have been difficult for someone permanently in a wheelchair.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely relaxing location, amazing little chalets, excellent little kitchenette and breakfast hamper to make yourself breakfast.
Cons: Nothing
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location was fab, really quiet , have horse at home so great to be surrounded by animals , also was easy if a smoker , as table outside room . Everything you need to make dinner and breakfast so can really chill out.

Pros: Lovely breakfast, excellent location, good welcome, easy parking, would stay again
Cons: One very creaky bathroom door - wish I'd taken some WD40 & one slightly dodgy bed - but to be fair the other bed was v comfy!!

Pros: We were able to park outside the door to our room. There was free Wi-Fi that worked. Milly our host was very helpful and pleasant. The Breakfast was good. . The place had a good atmosphere. We used the information in the room to book a taxi and go for a meal.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly greeting, comfortable, easy to find and close to NEC, great breakfast.
Cons: Only negative is early morning noise from airplanes at birmingham airport but as an early riser it wouldnt deter me from staying there again.
7,5 Good
Pros: Surroundings are pretty and staff were nice.
Cons: We came in from a long flight in the evening with young children who were hungry. There's nowhere to get dinner within close proximity without a drive, nor is it easy to get a take away to the venue. Breakfast was nice, but is a small family run b and b so as long as you're not in a rush to head out.
10,0 Excellent

9,6 Excellent
Pros: So relaxing , definitely a place to get away from it all
Cons: Attention to detail, just a small thing however on 2 occasions we had sour milk , initially on checking in on the 30th August the milk in the fridge dated 1st Sept was off and it hadn't been opened an the second morning of our stay when we had breakfast in the room the milk was off. Otherwise our stay was excellent
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The set and setting and helpful staff.
Cons: The bedroom was over heated, so much so the bottled water provided for free was tepid. The biggest deficiency was an inability to modify the heating.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was very nice and professional. Everything was clean and was made to feel like a king. Organized flowers to be delivered to the room which were delivered right on time and was a nice surprise for my partner.
Cons: No iron was in the room as promised but later delivered.
7,9 Good
Pros: Nice location, beautiful grounds. The brasserie was beautiful and the food / staff there were 10/10.
Cons: Wasn’t to happy with the situation with the spa and as I had planned to stay Saturday night and use the spa on the Sunday we were only allowed to use spa until 11-00am or pay none resident prices although I stayed the night before. Didn’t end up using the spa but this was the whole reason I booked this hotel :/ The room was clean but small and probably not worth how much I paid for it.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Lovely setting with extremely well maintained gardens. Stunning views, we took some amazing photos.
7,5 Good
Pros: Very clean!
Cons: Bed not comfortable... Very bright lights bathroom
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Luxurious facilities, super friendly and attentive staff and lovely food.the attention to detail was excellent and the fact that the hotel was dog friendly was a huge bonus.
Cons: Bar prices were very steep.
6,3 Good
Pros: Staf and service in main house
Cons: The services between the main house and spa are completely disconnected and appear as separate business and not one hotel/spa. The food in the brassiere was really nice but the service was completely comical and really let the chef down. Mixed up orders, forgetting to bring part of orders, no idea what the waiter was saying and an offer of a sweet and then no one returned
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great welcome, breakfast and comfortable beds. The rooms were very hot but fans were supplied. The gardens were amazing, really beautiful.
Cons: Lovely property but we were in the new wing I think which didn’t have as much charm as the main building. The doors slammed terribly and the carpet on the ground floor wasn’t very clean.

8,8 Excellent
Pros: Friendly hosts, clean with all the essentials provided. Will definitely be back...
Cons: Bathroom had a sloping roof which led to some head leaning when using the facilities. In fairness, in order to provide an en suite there would be no other way of fitting everything in, so not a complaint from me, just an observation
8,5 Excellent
Pros: Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was tasty with lots to choose from.
Cons: Only the bed was too soft for me.

5,4 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: Very average. Expensive evening meal at hotel and very small portion and very expensive, felt ripped off. Dirty room with rubbish under bedside table and chair.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was excellent, cold continental and hot English. The hotel and settings are fabulous.
7,5 Good
Pros: location is lovely and staff were brilliant.
6,3 Good
Pros: The hotel was quirky, the bath in the corner of the bedroom, was amusing.
Cons: The dinner was expensive and not very good. The bath in the corner of the room was not suitable for people who liked privacy.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The room was pleasant for a standard room, the bathroom facilities excellent. Staff were helpful and courteous.
Cons: Why is there only one armchair in a double room?
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The service was impeccable! we actually stayed for my brothers wedding and it was perfect, like really magically perfect. Would most recommend for a wedding or any other special occasion as the building is beyond stunning, you feel like you are in a national trust property! The grounds are extensive with a go ape and a hide for bird watching.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Great location and not your normal hotel. It was like staying in a National Trust house with all the furniture and fittings.
Cons: Set meal for dinner at £37.50 per person was well over priced. Not enough attention to guests waiting at the 'Please waiting to be seated' sign. Guests should not have to pay £5 a night to park their car.
5,8 Okay
Pros: Location was nice, set within beautiful grounds. Some nice, interesting areas within the hotel-I liked the private seating areas, they were snug and romantic. Breakfast lovely, staff really helpful and accommodating. Bed very comfortable and had a great sleep.
Cons: We upgraded to a bedchamber room, unfortunately we were located outside of the hotel itself in a newly built part, the room was small and pretty standard. I expected it to be grand and full of charm as described on the website. This was not the case, so overall we were really disappointed. I arranged during booking to have champagne waiting in our room on arrival to celebrate our special occasion. This was agreed by the hotel, yet was not in our room which again was disappointing when having to ask, when it was supposed to be a surprise for my partner. Bar overpriced, £8.50 for a glass of wine, which was served warm (Sauvignon blanc), and tasted like cheap Chardonnay. Rooms not immaculate as I would of expected, plug holes in sink thick with grime, which I had to clean myself.
4,6 Okay
Pros: Bed was comfy
Cons: Awful ... restaurant and food was very poor, took 40 minutes to get our drink served to out table, despite being asked when we sat down at our table, we had to ask for our drink & apparently the order hadn’t gone through.... got my drink wrong twice , waitress asked if it was a pint of Gin & Ginger Ale ... when I arrived I explained my disability and that the parking place outside the hotel had being taken by somebody who was not displaying a blue badge, receptionist shrugged her shoulders and told me to park in the car park, even though I’d called up before my visit and asked for the space and asked for a room as close as possible to the restaurant and bar due to my disability. Room was dirty , we were not check out was 10:30, advised this by house keeper when I asked for some milk.... I asked for directions to the rest room, however .... as the gentleman showed me, I saw a disabled toilet ... & I told him I could use this toilet, he took a second look at me & said oh I suppose you can, I then had to tell him I have a disability, I don’t think he believed me...by his expression ... despite my struggle with walking and balance.... this hotel is definitely not suitable for people with disabilities. Breakfast was another experience kept waiting for 10 mins standing .... bacon had run out ... advised the waiter, said he’d fetch more, and bring it to my table, he didn’t and I had to get it myself ... 30 mins later he passed me and said sorry did you get your bacon I forgot .... whole experience has being awful and to think this had being a possible wedding venue for my partner & me who just recently got engaged.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Love how amazing the place was compared to the pictures on the website. Pictures on website are nice however the reality is a lot better.
Cons: The drinks were slightly pricey however cannot complain about much. Was outstanding place to stay.

Pros: Great location, right next to Touchwood which is perfect for a nice meal and a few drinks
8,2 Excellent
Pros: They gave us a room in a quiet zone so the baby wouldn't be disturbed. We got a very quiet room and were delighted.
Cons: Room service wasn't great. Stained teaspoons in the coffee/tea caddy were worrying. The baby's crib had a solid base and he really didn't like it. We used the bedspread from our bed as a mattress and he slept straight away. The next morning Room Service put the bedspread back on our bed. Obviously a comfy baby isn't a priority
6,7 Good
Pros: Location was excellent, room was a little smaller than expected . Bathroom was fine
Cons: On arrival had drink st bar, there are glasses still sitting on bar to be cleaned. When I checked into room and came back about hour later bar still untidy , nobody attending it . You would think it would of been slicker

9,2 Excellent
Pros: Staff, customer service was appropriate being friendly and not over familiar... Excellent, made our trip.
Cons: Breakfast excellent, but not keen on brasserie... But that's my personal choice.
5,8 Okay
Pros: The breakfast and dinner in the hotel was very good , the staff and service was attentive and smiley . The grounds are stunning and a great location .
Cons: The room we were in was December , a cold and dreary month, so well named . The mirrored chest of draws only had two handles , six were missing ! The wardrobe was such poor quality the door didn't shut properly ! The standard lamp had a shade that was broken and stained ! One of the chairs in the window was badly stained . When opening the window the catch was broken and there was a pile of bird droppings on the ledge and on the glass . The curtains were falling off the track and were in shreds , a touch of the Miss Haversham !!! No towel rail in the bathroom , only one hand towel supplied ! For the cost of the room one would expect bath robes , but not supplied ! The wooden box in the bedroom containing the bath is an eyesore ! Overall one of the worst hotel rooms we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in many all over the world , this one is a contender for bottom spot . For a fraction of the price we should have stayed at the Premier Inn , a much higher standard of accommodation .
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Location, surrounded by trees and great gardens.
Cons: Towel rail in bathroom boiling hot!
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Amazing breakfast ! Really comfortable bed.
Cons: Insonorisation and bathroom could have been better.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Location was amazing.
Cons: The staff, including the restuarant manager, despite it not being particularly busy didn't listen to the slight tweaks my wife and I needed to our respective cooked breakfasts - quite important when my wife is vegetarian and she receives meat sausages!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent service and very dog friendly
Cons: Nothing

Pros: Excellent location. Nice room. Great bar. Nice polite staff. Parking nearby.
Cons: All good.
7,9 Good
Pros: The breakfast menu and food was amazing. Great atmosphere in the pub in the evening and the food was, again, excellent. Very friendly staff. Very impressed that they compensated us for the problems with our room.
Cons: Unfortunately our room (room 7) was above the kitchen and the air conditioning was right outside. It was very noisy until midnight. Also there's was a terrible smell of drains in room. Our friends were more than happy with their room though so I think we just had bad luck.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Really good location
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Toiletries premium, breakfast and coffee delicious... staff friendly and relaxed atmosphere
Cons: Outside seating area needs improving
9,2 Excellent
Pros: There were two highlights at the Globe. The staff and the restaurant...both were excellent and a reason to stay. My wife is a trained chef and we eat pretty well in Europe. I have to say that this was the best wood fired pizza we have seen (and eaten) in England! The staff was kind and attentive. The rooms were priced correctly. They updated the bathrooms and the bed was comfortable. Only negative comments are the room was a little loud and parking was five blocks away at a public lot. The cost was 4 pounds for a 24 hour period. If we were in the area I would book it again.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The place and the staff
Cons: Nothing
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Cosy room (size was good). Super friendly staff, good restaurant, great bar.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything, this is a fantastic accomodation option and highly recommended. Manager is very helpful and extremely responsive. Food is good. Rooms clean and comfortable. Will happily stay here again.
Cons: Some of the catering staff need a bit of training
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The room was comfy, the pizzas fantastic and the breakfast was huge!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very comfortable and spacious, the location. Was perfect for town, a 30 second stroll around the corner and you're in market square and only a 10 minute stroll from the station and the castle, food is great and the breakfast menu was outstanding, I had a fabulous full English both mornings but the other options for those not so keen on a big breakfast was great
Cons: Nothing really, if I was to be really picky my wife would've preferred a plain croissant available at breakfast rather than a jam filled one however she still enjoyed it, just ate around the jam!!

Pros: The breakfast was tremendous and the location perfect. The guys running the house are really friendly as were all of the other staff we had the pleasure of running in to.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great welcome and relaxed stay.
Cons: Nothing!
7,5 Good
Pros: Large comfortable bed. Plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. Spacious room with comfortable armchairs to relax in. Good free WiFi. Enjoyable full English breakfast.
Cons: The room was dusty! All tops were dusty and the dressing table mirror in particular was very dusty. I realise some dust will come in from open window but not to cover the mirror. I dusted most but left the mirror for them to see!! . The TV didn’t have all Freeview channels, despite there being a Sky controller available. Cooked breakfast would be better if served on larger plates as the full English breakfast was cramped and not laid out appealingly. - although very nice to eat.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Welcoming owner- always good! Old listed building, full of character, spacious room (Pine Room). Good shower. Really comfortable bed and great pillows (didn’t get too hot!) Good freshly cooked breakfast.
Cons: It was darkish but you can’t have modern bright lights in a period property. It was however cool which was lovely
8,8 Excellent
Pros: It's a wonderful old house! We had a lovely short stay and the owners really helped us out of a pickle when the taxi we had ordered was cancelled and we needed to get somewhere fast. Very grateful to the lovely owners and would highly recommend staying here.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Quiet, close to British motor museum, close to Leamington Spa
Cons: The stairs to the upstairs room looked dangerous
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely house & room, very nice hosts, good breakfast, 2 very friendly dogs. Easy to find. Close to Leamington Spa for evening meal.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Tachbrook Mallery is a Majestic old house, set in Stunning surroundings. Infact, described by my nephew as being like the house in The Lion , The Witch and The Wardrobe. With something Beautiful and fascinating to look at, at every turn. We stayed up in the attic room which, once your up the Little staircase is vast! Ideal for our party of three. It is equally as Charming as the rest of the house. And the Beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed staying here and our Host was most accomodating.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Huge comfy bed, cosy armchairs, spacious room. Lovely enormous bath.

6,7 Good
Pros: Cheap and clean.
Cons: But a bit dated.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: I missed the breakfast sadly however overall I found the hotel to be friendly, clean and well located.
Cons: Decor is dated. No minibar/fridge in room.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Ideal location for us as we arrived in Leamington Spa by train, and attended a wedding within 15 minutes' walk of the hotel. Very central for cafes and restaurants. This is a budget hotel in an otherwise expensive town, so it's basic but clean and comfortable, with a certain quirky charm. There was a misunderstanding over a mistake made by the cleaner, but the manager sorted this out in a very polite and helpful way.
Cons: Decor and furniture are a little dated. Poor choice of hot drinks in room. People considering this hotel might find it useful to know it's at a fairly noisy crossroads, plus the walls are thin, so it's not a quiet place to stay. Also there is no lift, so you need to be fit enough to carry luggage upstairs (we are, but others might not be).
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very helpful. The hotel is a short 2 minute walk from the centre of town with its many shops, bars and restaurants. I was pleasantly surprised how quiet the area was.
Cons: The décor looked a bit dated. The hotel felt more like a B & B rather than a hotel but I think that was due to the décor.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Warm welcome, clean, good facilities, excellent breakfast, parking, very central
Cons: Nothing- it was really good
7,5 Good
Pros: breakfast was beautiful
Cons: decor was a bit dated, shower wasn't great

Cons: N/A
5,8 Okay
Pros: Staff
Cons: Bed & pillows
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Compact single en suite room but everything I needed, like kettle and TV. Also away from road at front. Really good breakfast - real fresh fruit (raspberries, blueberries) for muesli and cooked breakfast just off the grill, with a smile, personably served. Very good tangy filter coffee (but not too strong). Leamington town centre has an attractive regency feel.
Cons: I had a single room, and I have no evidence to comment on whether right for a romantic stay for a couple.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: We arrived 5 minutes earlier than check in time, but they made absolutely no issue of this. Our bathroom light wasnt working when we got to our room, but this was resolved very quickly indeed. The breakfast was lovely. It was all very clean everywhere (maybe slightly outdated in some small areas), but very clean. Was very close to the bowls greens (our reason for our stay) & they were kind enough to let us leave our car there after check out once they had checked it wasnt too busy.
Cons: Our only slight dislike was that the room was very warm. But there was a fan already supplied for this.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Nice cooked breakfast to order. Fresh juice on table. Good selection of fruit. The shower pressure and temperature was great. Nice smelling toiletries. Nice and quiet, no noise at all and a very peaceful nights sleep. Room was clean and tidy with a full size bath in the en suite. Free parking at front of hotel is nice, managed to get a space on both nights of my trip.
Cons: No iron or ironing board in room. There is a corby trouser press but the wire is too short to reach any plugs! I need to iron shirts for work during business trips, so not having an iron was annoying. Bath mat is a sheet of paper. Would have liked a thick towel as a bath mat. The shower head in room 28 kept sliding down the bar. Had to wedge a plasic soap wrapper in to stop it hitting my head when showering.
9,6 Excellent
Cons: There was no fridge in the room.
8,5 Excellent
Pros: Big light room and clean. Very Friendly staff.
7,5 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: The room we had (room7) on the first floor was on the side of the hotel and the kitchen extract fan from the adjoining nursing home was quite intrusive until around 8pm
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The room we had was spacious and clean. The breakfast was delicious.
Cons: The stairs with suitcases was abit of a challenge but achievable. The check out of 10.30 was quite early but also still for us with a child not bad at all however 12 would of allowed us alittle more time to do afew things
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The location was excellent and the fact that there was ample parking was invaluable. The staff were friendly and the service was very good.
Cons: The bathroom needed some attention as it was impossible to take a shower without getting water everywhere as the seal needed replacing.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was delicious, the service was great & the beds were so comfortable, absolutely lovely place to stay in a great location!! Will definitely return! Thank u to all the staff for making it a great weekend!
Cons: Nothing! Was lovely!

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Large comfy rooms in the heart of Royal Leamington Spa. Welcoming staff are very friendly. Good breakfast selection. Drinks reasonably priced.
Cons: Would prefer to be able to reserve a parking space as it is on a first come first served basis.
7,5 Good
Pros: We wanted a peaceful, relaxing evening on our overnight stay. The bedroom, bathroom, bed and facilities were lovely. Breakfast was exceptional and staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
Cons: We booked a superior room thinking it would be peaceful. The only problem we found was that our room was just above the outside seating area by the car park, it was very noisy when people were outside and cars were in and out.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was very satisfying and plentiful in a large capacity venue. I found the location ideal for me to commute into Birmingham by train as I had intended.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Great location, friendly staff and value for money.
Cons: The hotel is in a lovely old building so this inevitably means stairs! Not an issue for me but some may find this a little challenging.
6,7 Good
Pros: Great location near to the river and a lovely breakfast.
Cons: It is very noisy. Close to a busy road with no double glazing. Most doors are squeaky and you could hear everyone leaving from and returning to their rooms.
7,9 Good
Pros: The hotel as very well located.
Cons: Being woken up at 3:45 by drunken guest trying to get into our room!
7,5 Good
Pros: Food was superb! Lovely comfortable room! The bathroom could have been cleaner, very dusty, otherwise really great hotel!
4,6 Okay
Pros: What I liked most was checking out
Cons: The fact I coukd hear through the walls The shower was a trickle Awful mattress Terrible decor Cold tap hot Unfinished repairs Wasn't worth 40 pounds let alone 105 Will avoid
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was excellent as was the location. It's in the centre of Leamington but not at all noisy
Cons: The shower was difficult to use but, apparently, will be replaced in the next 3 weeks
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location, friendly staff and very good breakfast. I only stayed one night and didn't get a chance to visit the bar or restaurant (other than breakfast) but I was very happy with my room.
Cons: The charge for parking my car on a first come first serve basis. I would be happy to pay for parking as long as it was guaranteed.

4,6 Okay
Pros: Room size was good
Cons: There was no bottled water in room Room was tierd and needs updating Wardrobe and bedroom cabinets wouldn’t shut No facilities for food and breakfast very poor The cost of the room for quality was far to much Bar area and reception was very tacky.
5,8 Okay
Pros: Age and layout of building makes it quirky, which would probably appeal to some, particularly tourists.
Cons: Doesn’t serve food ( no kitchen ), no shower cubicle in room (bath with shower attachment but not overhead), limited parking, had to move car twice to allow others in/out and bed had the firmest mattress I’ve ever attempted to sleep on (badly)
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Nice and central, near pub and restaurants
Cons: Nothing
2,9 Mediocre
Pros: We’ve stayed at this property before and never had any issue. It was a different story this time.
Cons: First of all we had guests below us playing music so loud we couldn’t hear the tv, I then had a shower and the whole bathroom flooded, we were then moved into 2 different rooms. We had to settle for a room that was most definitely not worth the £115 I’d paid. We missed our dinner reservations due to the room moving, when we got back to the cocktail bar in the evening our table we had booked wasn’t ready. To finish our night off we were in the middle of guests being kicked out for doing cocaine in the ladies toilets. When we asked for a refund on room we were told that was due to booking.com and not the hotel.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Great cocktails
Cons: Breakfast was only continental. Pillows rock hard! Wet room floor dangerously sloppy and would have rather had a kettle than the coffee machine.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: A lovely surprise last minute visit - really lovely inside, room was very well equipped, great coffee machine and sky tv, really nice shower and comfy bed
Cons: Nothing to do with the venue but its a smart boutique hotel, very smart with excellent staff - why oh why don't people bother to make an effort to look a little smart coming to it ? scruffy jeans, trainers, tee shirts - I would chuck them out unless they made an effort.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We enjoyed how attentive the staff were, very comfortable room lively drinks and nice breakfast. Amaizng shower too.

Pros: Very central, lovely garden, modern bedroom and shower facilities

5,0 Okay
Pros: Friendly staff and a nice breakfast
Cons: Our room was not very clean, coffee stain on the carpet with dried coffee on the door frame to the en-suite. The room was dusty and the shower towels had a mix of nail polish and marks/stains on them. The shower had almost no pressure which made for a lacklustre shower.

Cons: Ordinary and staff couldn't care less

8,3 Excellent
Pros: The room was comfortable, the bed was very comfortable and the room was pretty quiet.

Cons: the shower curtain in my room was smelly and dirty at the bottom, its neds a soak in some bleach and it will be fine the grout around the bath was also very yellow in places also in need of a bit of bleach and nothing more. my shower made an awful noise when was running. sorry to my neighbours for waking them up at 6am it was that loud my colleague heard it in his room. there was a very large pubic hair sat looking at me on the side of the bath.
