Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing transportation, shopping, and dining. Many reviewers found the value for money to be good, with some mentioning spacious rooms and clean bed sheets. However, cleanliness received mixed feedback, with several guests noting issues such as dirty carpets, bathrooms, and dated facilities, while others found the rooms exceptionally clean. Service was a common point of criticism, with reports of unhelpful or rude staff at reception. Bed comfort and room conditions were also mixed, with some guests finding the beds comfortable and others dissatisfied with the quality. Overall, the location and value stand out as positives, but improvements in cleanliness and service are needed.

Pros (+) Bed was surprisingly comfortable, and hotel was centrally located!!
Cons (-) The decor throughout the hotel was very dated. Our room was very poorly cleaned, on the mirror a previous guest had written "not cleaned 14/8/2014"!!
