Pros: this hotel is very near to La Spezia Station, when you out of the station turn right will do. easy to access Cinque Terre(5 villages) with 16 Euro for whole day,evening we came back have a rest and then night time went to Manarola have a night shoot,during night time not much shops open,while La spezia much better than Cinque Terre. good ambiance of the hotel & cosy bed. Highly recommended.

Cons: Room near the railway and no view, but it's ok the room is surprisingly soundproofed.

Pros: If you like rural places, this is an ideal spot in Italy. I only spent a night here, but it was enough to rest. A great view of the Italian mountains at sunset and dawn, super calm place, friendly people, good and cheap food cooked on the spot. Beware though, you need a car (preferably, a small car) to reach this spot! No buses or anything else travel to such a remote location. I loved the breakfast early morning. It is a great place to stay if you want to visit La Spezia / Cinque Terre. The main town is about 30 minutes away.

Pros: The apartman rooms it was very nice and authentic. The apartman’s restaurant was very cute. The place was very friendly. Recomended for sportly people ( a lot of stairs). The place perfect for hikers and bikers.

Pros: The locanda is a renovated beautiful old school and the entire village is medieval. Well worth a visit! The restaurant was simple but decent. Our dog was also allowed in the restaurant. The room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable.

Pros: The room was very clean and bed comfortable. As noted, although the location is remote, the views are incredible. There is also a restaurant here so if you don't want to dine and drive, you can enjoy food in the restaurant downstairs.

Cons: Room just above the courtyard is noisy as some guest were loud till 1am when I asked them to be quiet. Hotel should inform guests to be silent after midnight. Park only where it is allowed, in the morning we saw many cars with parking tickets, the area is remote, but not for the police ;-)

Pros: The locanda is a renovated beautiful old school and the entire village is medieval. Well worth a visit! The restaurant was simple but decent. Our dog was also allowed in the restaurant. The room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable.
Cons: The only thing that was slightly difficult was all the stairs since our dog is old and has arthritis.

Cons: The breakfast in the morning consisted in coffee and a croissant. That being said, both were delicious. The location is high up in the hills and the road leading there is very narrow. However, having made the trip up, the views are breathtaking.
