Waste of time at the location
Pros: Waited for almost an hour while one person served the person in front of me (there were only two of us) and then the other person did paperwork .. We were on holidays and wanted to get going.. Very frustrating

Office was understaffed with a queue of at least 12 people.
Cons: My wait in queue was over 1 hour. Car was smaller than requested.

Disappointed
Pros: The location of the parking garage.
Cons: The only directions we were given was what garage to go to and to "leave the keys in the box." When we arrived to the garage after hours, we were told to go to the 10th floor. There were no Hertz signs ANYWHERE. we walked around the 10th floor for 15 minutes looking in every corner for a drop box. We finally walked all the way down to the 1st floor to find out that the Hertz office was outside on the 1st floor. Our entire drop off process was approximately 40 minutes when it should have been 5. There needs to be signs posted to show people where to go and what to do.
