    The room was very clean and confortable. We were given a room upgrade (thank you, much appreciated¡). The hotel is very close to the train station so perfect to visit Cinqueterre.

    It was too hot in the room and it seems that the temperature is centrally controlled so it can be only switched off.

    Nice looking room, the TV had netflix which my partner was very happy with. Comfortable bed. Very well cleaned. Spacious size. Good location close to train station and town.

    The room was noisy at night - unsure where the noise was coming from - we think perhaps the lift. We both awoke several times thinking someone was breaking in our room. Also the fire alarm had a light which flashed all night. No tea or coffee facilities.
