Pros: WiFi very good. Room was very clean, house keeping do a great job. Everything was change every day, nice complimentary bathroom kits and robes etc and New water placed out. Park outside was nice to work around and nice that there is a supermarket open until 23:00 around the corner. Also coffee shop 24/7.

Cons: Booked the hotel for New year's and romantic anniversary gift as it looked very nice from the advert and more expensive than other hotels in the area and city centre I thought it would be a good choice.... Wrong! Breakfast was awful, nothing labelled, cold, felt like the exact same food as being put out every single day (even on 5th day!) eggs not cooked properly, only one day pancake and potato available, dry cake and croissant , cold hot dogs, bad fruit, vegetable left out for hours every day, dry stale cheese, old juice and milk, stale uncovered cereal and that was without finding HAIRS in everything, everyday found a hair in different food! Spa is very expensive for the city. We went to a local one in the area which was approx €12 all day in comparison to the €50+ the hotel wanted to charge for just couple of hours. Staff not very friendly almost like they are waiting for you to leave, checking in there not much information given or in offer you have to find it all yourself. TV didn't work at all either no signal or no sound. It wasn't very busy but got a room facing the street, would have been nice to have one facing the park. Transport wise uber was best option as metro is atleast 20minute walk away unless you want to go by bus. And it still about 20min drive away from main city centre. Park next to hotel is very patrolled, cctv everywhere and guard patrol at night. Would recommend staying somewhere close to indepence Square if I was to come again.

Cons: the quality /price rate is not convenient but on the other hand it is maybe the best hotel in Obolon oblast. breakfast is poor, restaurant cooks tasty but waiting time is very long and sometimes the waiter forgets about your order.

The comfortable rooms are soundproofed and feature a flat-screen cable TV and fridge. The private bathrooms come with a shower, hairdryer and free toiletries. Various cafes and bars are a 15-minute walk from Obolon Hotel. There is an aqua park and cinema only 200 metres away. Kiev Train Station is 10 km away. Boryspol Airport is 40 km away.

Pros: I particularly enjoyed the way I was treated by staff. Very friendly, courteous, and eager to help. This was my second trip to Kyiv and my second stay at Obolon. That is because I felt the same during my first visit there in October, 2019. Breakfast was terrific - got my days off to a good start! I will book there again my next trip.

Pros: LARGE room... I'm not sure it's the room I booked. It was definitely large enough to turn into a livable apartment; it was merely missing a kitchenette (kk as I believe it's referred to in Europe). Large bathroom, with soft towels and complementary slippers. Full size table and four chairs at the window. A lot of natural light (street facing room). Refrigerator. Nice TV. Separate side chairs. Large closets. Continental Breakfast hours that don't force you to get up too early (8 - 11 on a Sunday). As well, it was easy to get to if you're using the Metro... I came in from the Train Station, then transferred to the Metro, where the hotel is only one block from Minska station.

Cons: To ask for anything better would be greedy. The value for the price was excellent and more than met my needs.

Cons: No coffee maker, or kettle in the room. The would-be beautiful wood floors need some love. The bed could use a "pillow top" or some more padding... I am a restless sleeper, so i find all the bumps and ridges. Some lights were not working.

Cons: This hotel is approximately 35 years old and never been renovated. furniture not even serve. Rooms are dirty. Would not recommend to stay the even in the worst case scenario

Cons: Water in minibar was already open. And still you will need to pay for it. Was not able to close window. Somebody was screaming outside whole night. Just one towel.
