Busy, hopping, festive hotel. Friendly, attentive staff. Excellent location with indoor skywalk to Union Station and right along streetcar line with easy access to Country Club Plaza, the WWI Museum, and downtown. Will definitely be back.

Really nice facility and location. We had a reunion for 500 and they handled it very well. My only concern was staff shortages at the main desk, housekeeping, and restaurant.

Like many hotels currently, it is understaffed and underserviced. Front desk, cleaning, restaurants, all short on staff and answers. It us a lovely facility, though, and well-located. We had a conference, and the service for thst was outstanding!

Pros (+) Hotel cleanliness and comfort or a hit! Bell staff were excellent. Room was nice but not what we reserved and could not get it fixed. Front desk service was terrible,
Cons (-) Reserved a king Room but got two doubles, not good for a romantic weekend. Tried to get it corrected but was told the hotel was full and not able.
