Great room with excellent view and comfortable beds. Parking lot system does not work, take a ticket to front desk to key your room card, when used in parking garage says invalid. Hit the help button and wait forever for help. Cons (-) Poor staff service all around and they sent our stored bags on a tour bus to Minneapolis, we only luckily got them back over 24 hours later.

Pros (+) Very helpful front desk staff went above and beyond in helping me. The view of downtown is the best in the city. Ice skating across the street made me feel like a kid again. So convenient... we walked to Lidia's restaurant! This is a great place!

Pros (+) I loved this hotel. One of the nicest I've ever stayed at. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was fantastic. Great view of downtown too.

Pros (+) Very Friendly staff everywhere I went. Large, clean, comfortable room. Love the view of the city. Close to food, jazz clubs, and crown center. Would definately recommend for a business trip or with the family. Nice, open bar with food.
