Summary of reviews

Guests say
The majority of guests expressed dissatisfaction with their stay, citing poor service, lack of cleanliness, and subpar breakfast as recurring issues. Many reviews highlighted unhelpful or rude staff, long wait times, and maintenance problems in both rooms and bathrooms. While a few reviews noted some positive aspects such as lobby aesthetics or room size, these were outweighed by the negative experiences. Overall, guests felt the hotel did not meet expectations, especially for a property marketed as five-star.
