Pros: The flight itself,when it occurred, was fine. The original flight was cancelled. Checking into the airport hotel was chaotic and time consuming. We got 5 hours sleep. Check in was also chaotic. The flight was okay but half the plane’s luggage was left behind.

Cons: Some crew members are unfriendly The toilets are always smelly and dirty. The floor stick with pee. Pee all over the toilets seats. Unsanitary especially when you are traveling with a child or an elderly. The TVs touch screens do not work The volume of the crew is too high

Pros: The crew were fantastic! The one meal from Athens to Cairo was excellent, the other two meals weren’t too bad but not as good as the first one.

Pros: The seat 21A was absolutely horrid inducing claustrophobia due to limited space all around on a full flight long delayed on ground after taxiing for departure.

Cons: Etihad needs to be more sensitive of passenger comfort and avoid being so stingy with economy class seats (21A)

Pros: I had better experience with Emirates before...we had to wait ages for our food but maybe because we were the last one on the list. Food was nice and crew friendly.

Cons: The crew was NOT friendly or helpful, and the dinner served was cold. The bread was even stale. The snacks and breakfast was fine, but it makes a difference when the only main meal is not good.

Cons: Crew told me to wait while they eat their meal (on a 4.5 hour flight?) headphones get cleared 20min before landing but all the rubbish gets left on your tray table. delayed departure because the plane was being cleaned, i think if they cleared the rubbish in flight then perhaps it wouldn't be so dirty. Also no information provided as to why the boarding was 30min delayed (COMMUNICATION!)

Cons: The quality of the entertainment hardware system is rather old and out dated as opposed to most other long haul airlines I’ve sat on which I really think Air Mauritius should consider upgrading. It’s the only airline that I don’t even bother using their entertainment system at all.

Pros: Plenty leg room space.

Cons: Interesting to see that they use the older plains to routes to "not so developed" countries, where they seem to account China. On other routes, the airline seems to be using much better plains with better overall service. I will surely avoid use this airline on flights from / to China.

Pros: Very friendly and accommodating the entire flight!!

Pros: The aircraft was nice, clean and seemed new. The staff was very professional, immaculate uniforms and appearance. Great attention to detail. We traveled from US - Nairobi - Kigali - Johannesburg, changing planes four times. These were some of the nicest planes. I felt very safe traveling this airline.

Cons: Too much bread in the meals. The meals were adequate in quantity but each meal came with two rolls, which was excessive. Just a note - for the boarding area in the airport. Please have restroom facilities in boarding area, past security so you can use the restroom without having to go through security again. Also, if food and beverage is available for sale in the boarding area more passengers would make purchases.

Cons: Same as ALWAYS - Beijing baggage pickup is an absolute joke. Takes forever and it is generally mayhem in the baggage hall. They really need to get ahold of this space and the behaviour of Chinese travelers.

Pros: Pretty fast boarding process without any problems during the check-in and stuff. Seats are good for the price range.

Cons: My seat had some issues with the backrest and the display couldn't be fastened in a propper position because of the broken hinge.

Pros: The Boarding Emirates at Logan Airport is a nightmare. The staff are unhelpful, and take long time to process Transiting passengers. The Desk is understaffed, and the staff is rude.

Cons: crew incompetent at special meal requests. I did it online, called, and talked to gate agent. Yet, it still kept getting messed up.

Pros: After the Kigali Addisababa segment this was vastly superior with a newer aircraft

Pros: Nice aircraft and comfortable seating in economy with a good selection of music and movies on the seat back entertainment. Business class was mostly empty and looked very nice and roomy. They should upgrade their frequent flyers the way other airlines do to fill those empty seats and generate the good PR that results. The food was good in my opinion, and the Ethiopian coffee is great. Affordably priced tickets was the selling point for choosing them. They are a young airline and while they go through the motions of being a modern service-oriented airline, but alas for the most part they aren't there yet.

Cons: We've flown a few Ethiopian Air flights now and while the flight attendants are nice, they aren't always on top of things and paying attention to the needs of the passengers. Not as helpful or attentive as we're used to. Boarding is chaotic and the overnight transfer at Addis Ababa is a total mess. If you get to leave through the airport in the early morning things are relatively painless, but what a nightmare of pushing and shoving chaos when it's busy. The hotels they put you up in are mediocre at best. Last week we enjoyed a long wait for the bus ride to the hotel, cold food when we arrived, and a nice hard bed to "sleep" in. We probably won't fly Ethiopian Air if we have to overnight in Addis Ababa again. I'm willing to pay up to fly another airline and skip the overnight as it's just not worth the hassle.

Cons: The flight was delayed for hours in Delhi with no notice, making us spent the night at the airport. The flight was supposed to get to Abidjan around noon, but because of the delay, we missed the connection and the next available flight was the next day which would mean I missed my next flight and a work conference. In Delhi, the Ethiopian Airlines people assured me that it could be worked out in Addis, and that they could change my final destination to get me where I needed to go. However, in Addis, the employees were rude and did not even read the email that the Delhi people sent them. They would not do anything except send me to Abidjan the following day, which was useless since I already had to be in the US by then. The level of service is incredibly poor and disorganized, with many people having to wait for hours to even talk to someone and no information about what needs to be done. In the end, i had to purchase a new ticket to get to my destination. Had I known this was the case in Delhi, and that i would have to purchase a new ticket, I would have done so in Delhi rather than waiting all night and going to Addis. I fly very often and this is both the worse experience and service I’ve ever experienced on a flight, and they weren’t even able to get me to my destination.

Pros: Asked for water that I never received. Wasn’t allowed to bathroom although still 20 min until landing and other people still got up

Cons: I was eligible for a complimentary hotel for my connection. However, in none of my correspondence was mentioned that I'm supposed to request a hotel ahead of departure. No emails from Kayak and neither Emirates. This is extremely disappointing and unnecessarily costly
