Truly a dump. Air conditioning controls didn’t work, there was water damage in my room with visible mold, damaged furnishings, gated garage that still felt unsafe and would never let you out without calling the front desk… the list goes on and on. Should not be a Hilton, and in fact, may not be fit for occupancy. Choose the Hampton down the street, Marriott next door, or Hyatt across the river.
Pros:Staff was excellent. Helpful, personable, enjoyable.
Cons:facilities needs some deferred maintenance attention.

Cons:I was incredibly disappointed by the over all state of the hotel, withholding two things. The lobby was gorgeous and the staff were all wonderful, but everything else was like a “pig in lipstick.” Walking down the hallway, from the elevator, my husband and I walked into a cloud of smoke - cigarette and marijuana. One of our lights didn’t work in our room. The air conditioner unit was just covered with a facade, without clear instructions on how to operate the A/C. The wall A/C control did not work. The finish in our bathtub was peeling. The tub didn’t drain while showering, so I was forced to stand ankle deep mucky water. There was hair in our bathroom sink upon arrival. The carpet was peeling up by each of the door frames. The worst was when we were trying to go to sleep. Cigarette smoke was coming through our windows and or our hallway door. I am not allergic, but I am highly opposed to the smell. All in all, I love Hilton Hotels, but this particular one was not up to par.
Pros:Great customer service. Lovely views with spacious rooms. Great noise isolation for the rooms - didn't hear any of my neighbors.
Pros:Ease of proximity to concert events; Like being in the building with a major restaurant which is always first-class...Ruth Chris... Suggest you consider a shuttle bus (perhaps WITH a small pay rate) both "to and from" major concerts which happen quite often. That would be a perk for your hotel, and it it were a "reservation only" situation, then that would be fine...That would top having to hail a cab or other options which can be kind of stressful. Cons:Maid knocked on door at 10 am. Don't wake me up early.
Cons:Parking was chaos. And they make you pay to park at the hotel. Also no hot water in the morning
