Pros: I called to ask when check in was, was told 4 o’clock. Had to ask over and over if there is a time to call to see if a room would be done earlier and he kept saying to stop in. Finally we get there at 20 after four and have to wait 45 min to get in
Cons: Waiting to get in and $55 valet parking charge.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is connected to the skyway which made for convenient access to downtown on a cold winter day. The comfort of the room was perfect. The thermostat and effective heating made responsive and ideal room temperature comfort. The pillow top mattress was supportive and comfortable. The hot water in the shower was as close to immediate as I have ever experienced. The view of the skyline from the higher floor room made for a pleasing experience.
Cons: The flow of the hotel is a bit less functional than what I like. It order to reach any floor above the fourth floor, guests must exit the elevator at the fourth floor at the hotel restaurant and board a separate elevator to continue upward.

Pros: The hotel had a classic feel. The lobby was beautiful and had lovely chandeliers and sofas. The rooms were spatious and the beds were comfortable. The connection to the skywalk was great!
Cons: The bathrooms were a little small.

Pros: Historic and fancy
Cons: Wish they had a pool But not sure how had they retrofit one.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The views were spectacular. Best bedding we've stayed in. Staff was great. Easy parking options. Room was VERY clean. Toiletries were fantastic. Easy in and out for uber/lyft. Close to all restaurants.
Cons: Nothing... Everything was perfect.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Most comfortable beds and linens. Love the location, amenities, lobby and bar are always welcoming. My favorite hotel of all time.
9,0 Excellent
Cons: Thought the fee to park overnight $30 was a bit high for the market (St. Paul) and then not enough staff in AM to get car so we waited about 15 minutes.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the easy access to xcel center and restaurants via skyway.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Quiet peaceful. I don’t recall seeing anyone else on our floor until next day.
7,0 Good
Pros: Friendly staff, great location
Cons: There were a number of up-charges, that for this style of old hotel and room price we thought should definitely be included; the worst was wifi. The free wifi was throttled, and there was a $12-13 charge per day for high speed access.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Historical charm, excellent staff.
Cons: Don't pick up anything off the refreshment bar!!! It automatically charges you!!
3,0 Mediocre
Pros: The location was great.
Cons: The staff seemed to cater to the "rich". The price for the room led me to believe that the room and amenities would be outstanding. The staff was less than inviting and our only interactions involved us being asked if we were guests. I have stayed in nicer hotels for a fraction of the price, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION The staff was very helpful and polite.
Cons: Not very many amenities. I would like free breakfast. Access to my vehicle once parked would be nice too.

Pros: Everything! I had arrived in the morning, and called to check if I could come early - and the guy at the front desk was super friendly, really polite and said, “Come on over”. He was super nice and I really appreciated his professionalism. When I arrived, the check-in process was seamless, in 2 seconds, I was in my room. It was freezing outside; snowing, so it was great to be in such a nice room that warmed up so quickly. Room was really comfy, loved the tele, had quite a lot of channel options, and the furnishings were really well thought out, liked how there were sockets everywhere, and the bathroom was really well-stocked too. Brekky was awesome - really good selection, probably one of the best I’ve ever seen - just the way it was presented, organized, etc. It was run well, and the staff present always made sure everything was topped up. Really enjoyed my stay here - and I will be back soon!!

Pros: The rooms where great and the bed comfortable.

Pros: Location
Cons: Front desk staff were rude and uncooperative with checkin issue. TRUE HOSPITALITY PROFESSIONAL does not behave as he did. He should have been a problem solver and not make guesrt suffer handship for his convenience.

Pros: Good breakfast and staff
7,0 Good
Pros: Close to the mall, pool and hot tubs were clean this time. The rest of the staff was very polite and helpful, especially the front desk. The continental breakfast was great. There are a few nice quiet sitting areas to relax.
Cons: Beds weren't as comfortable as other radisson hotels. It's freezing in the breakfast area because its close to the front door and its constantly opening when you walk by it. One of the staff in the breakfast area told my 12 yr old daughter that she needed to go back to her room this morning when she came to meet us for breakfast like we had asked her to. She's a respectful child so she listened only to stand outside of our hotel room door because she had no key, as we had both of them. We are pretty disappointed in that. She was just trying to come eat breakfast with her parents...

8,0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location, right across from the MOA. Enjoyed having a bar/restaurant on site.
Cons: Our room was on the top floor at the very end of the hall. We were there shopping so carrying in handfuls of shopping bags was a bit of a hassle. The room seemed a bit outdated and the entry way was very tight, but overall comfortable and clean.
3,0 Mediocre
Pros: It was right next to the MOA.
Cons: We asked for an early checkin. We had to wait til 530pm before a room was clean and ready. When we got in the room it wasn't that clean. Still had hair in the shower from the previous guest and the shower leaked. It wasn't even a drop, it was a stream.

Cons: Coffee items in the bathroom. That’s weird.

Pros: Very nice accommodations with the best complimentary breakfast we have ever seen.
Cons: For such a nice facility, we were surprised that the facial and toilet tissue seemed to be low bidder quality. Really out of sync with everything else about the hotel.
7,0 Good
Pros: Super close to mall of America. Beds were comfy.
Cons: When I booked through booking.com I reserved two rooms for two nights, still shows that on my confirmation number. When I got to Homewood Suites, it showed only one room had been reserved under my name even though my booking.com confirmation showed two rooms. The lady at the front desk said they’re not reliable for booking.com reservations and that I would need to pay for the second room at the hotel’s (more expensive) rate. Luckily there were rooms available, but if there wouldn’t have been my frustrations would’ve been even higher.

Pros: Beautiful hotel and for the price that we paid was beyond what we was expecting
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean room, nice modern feel, comfortable bed. Complimentary local brew sampling while we waited to check in. Hotel employee at the front desk was very helpful in helping us get a map to get to the skyway system.
Cons: Had to pay for parking even tho we paid to stay. Would have liked continental breakfast.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Busy hotel in downtown. Located in an historic train depot. The room was pretty standard but it was clean and comfortable. Every staff person we dealt with was friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was great as was the hotel restaurant at dinner time.
Cons: We were fine with it but this was a Busy hotel. They had events every night we stayed - a wedding and some business conferences and some big fancy event. We enjoyed watching everyone but it was chaotic....just down in the lobby. No noise problem or anything when in the room.

Pros: Design is current and attractive, location is good and staff were friendly and helpful.
Cons: Bathrooms could use a bit of an update.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The listing they posted was incorrect and had features like free breakfast and dinner. We thought that was weird too but jumped on the opportunity. When we arrived we were told that there is no way they would honor it. Mind you, we paid more for a booking that said free dinner over just free breakfast. Long story short, after a few phone calls we were instructed to get dinner wherever we wanted and send a receipt to booking.com for reimbursement so it worked out in the end. Just a little hassle.

Pros: I spent very little time at the hotel as I was in town to spend time with a dying relative in a nearby hospital. I was blown away by the fact the hotel provided a shuttle to the hospital I could use if needed! I thought that was awesome!
Cons: wi-fi was slow one day , breakfast choices in the restaurant were a bit pricey. I reserved two rooms and on check-in filled out the paperwork indicating we arrived in one vehicle however, both rooms were charged daily parking fees for the three days we were there, garnering an extra $30.

Pros: the cleanliness
Cons: My room was not ready on time had to wait about 30 min. Very pricy as well.

Pros: The location was great! It is also a very secure hotel, you need a key to enter the hotel and the parking garage is locked entry. You need your key to access any of the hotel floors too.
Cons: I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the AC Marriott downtown Minneapolis.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, very friendly staff
Cons: No
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Very central location!!! Near lots of restaurants and bars, but you have to be careful Fri and Sat most of them are for younger (20s) crowd. If you walk around you’ll find ones for older (30s/40s) crowd. Staff were friendly. Hotel was clean. There is lots of construction going on around the hotel and all over downtown so it’s not perfect for pedestrians but nothing you can do about it.
Cons: Staff were very friendly but concierge was not available (all weekend?!!) and although when front desk staff were asked for recommendation they looked up places but I could have done that on google too...I guess if and when concierge is off, they should leave few recommendations for front desk staff?!
9,4 Excellent
Pros: The staff was so willing to help with any problems and was so quick to get answers. I can say some of the best service I have ever had from a hotel I have been to and they were all very nice. The hotel rooms were very clean. Great location. Parking over night was only about $35.
Cons: The bed was kinda hard, that is my personal preference. The room was kinda small. What can you expect for being down town. I wouldn’t consider this place for little kids, but for a romantic night with your spouse it is perfect.
6,3 Good
Pros: Good location, comfortable beds
Cons: i specifically asked for a room on a high floor and received a message from the hotel saying they would accomodate my request. On arrival i was given a room on the 3rd floor (there are 9). i asked again for a higher floor but was told this was the best they could do. There was a crane and construction going on outside my room. The reason i made the request is that i am an insomniac. i slept badly because of the noise and did not enjoy my stay. My complaint is that they did not honor my request after messaging me to say that they would

8,8 Excellent
Pros: Clean room and comfortable. Great location. Staff was friendly
Cons: So we got there to check in and they needed a card for incidentals and they said it was $150 all we had was cash so we ran to our bank and put money on our card. When we came back to finally check in the next lady only charged $100. I feel we were profiled based on how young we were by the first lady that wanted 150 for incidentals and the next lady that wanted less. This was our anniversary weekend and we don't get to do much most of the year so we go all out and get a nice room and go to a show have a nice dinner. It was just a bad way to start the stay.

Pros: Location location location. Room was very clean. Customer service was on point! Definitely going back! Shower was amazing as well!
Cons: Bar restaurant was not open very late. Room was a bit small, and could’ve used a few pictures on the wall. Also, entry from mall was locked at 10pm, and we had to walk all the way around to get back in, which was extremely inconvenient!

Pros: Very convenient location right inside the MOA, friendly guest service desk personnel
Cons: Bed sheets were covered in hair. When we called the front desk they said someone would come change the sheets. We waited for a while and then went downstairs to change room. Housekeeper was extremely rude and angry over having to clean the room.
