Pros: The hotel was nice inside and out, and the staff at the front desk was very nice. Room was clean and pretty, and many amenities were provided or offered. Free WiFi offered, and water pressure in shower was fantastic!

Pros: The room was spacious and clean. Ordered room service for dinner and surprisingly excellent! Food prices were reasonable.
Cons: Ordered bfast room service and the food (French toast) was cold and hard. Tasted like it was served from the bfast buffet. Wasted my money and daughter didn't eat her food (French toast). We could also hear planes taking off from room which woke us up.

8,0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, comfortable, quiet, safe, and a great value.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Once we found this hotel, all was good. A bit of a drive to find a restaurant, but other than that we were very satisfied and found it to be excellent value. Very good breakfast.
Cons: Check in was problematic, as we were given a room at the far end of the building, and the room keys we were given were not functioning. So it was back to reception (long walk in the cold) for another set.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Nice emenities, clean, rooms were great!
Cons: Kind of out in the middle of nowhere. Couldn't walk to anything.
10,0 Excellent

8,0 Excellent
Pros: Great to have park and fly option. Very prompt coming and going.
Cons: nothing
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Room was excellent size and clean. Corners and around edges of carpet (trim) needs a little attention Facilities were all excellent. We had a very nice stay
5,0 Okay
Pros: The room was clean
Cons: I booked online while on a weekend trip. We arrived and immediately tried to cancel the reservation that I had booked just 2 hours before, we could cancel the room for a fee, which was the exact amount of what the room rate was. Needless to say we just sucked it up and stayed. Here’s where the problem is, this hotel is owed by TMC Trucking, it’s completely surrounded by hundreds of Semi’s. This hotel has several appealing amenities but we were unable to use the arcade and game room because it was full on truckers, we didn’t use the pool or the hot tub because the thought of that was just plain gross, with dozens of strange men walking around, hanging out and walking the hallways at all hours of the day and night it didn’t give that safe feeling. We pretty much stayed locked in our room the entire time, couldn’t wait to get the hell out of there first thing in the morning.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were clean and well organized.
Cons: The cart to move luggage was located at a different door, which did not have a ramp, so I had to walk all the way there to get it.
7,9 Good
Cons: I had to enter and exit from a back door. Parking lot was lit but it felt isolated and unsafe.

Pros: Great location, comfy bed, clean nice room, room had several amenities- fridge - microwave, quiet - never heard anyone else in the neighboring rooms.
6,5 Good
Pros: Location. Cleanliness
Cons: Booked through a third party. Had to listen to general manager scold me on using a third party. Then asked for a double queen instead of the king I booked and he was not at all accommodating. He said since I booked through a third party I would have to contact them to request the change. So I contacted third party. They said that the hotel would have to change based on their availability. Back to the GM. He literally walked away. Wouldn't discuss or help. Thankfully on of HIS employees was able to resolve. He should not be in the position he is in.
9,7 Excellent
Pros: The room was exceptionally clean. Cleanliness is really lacking in most hotels, but this gave us hope that you can still find people that know how to clean! Front desk was very accommodating with extra blankets and towels. Very nice area of the city with lots of higher end shopping within a minutes drive.
Cons: Only drawback was there was no free breakfast. $11 per person to eat at hotel restaurant. We just ate a "brunch" at the nearby mall.
8,0 Excellent
Cons: The bed was very uncomfortable and I could feel springs in some places
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everyone very friendly and helpful. Our family used the shuttle which was an added bonus. The pool area is clean and has a smaller pool for smaller children. We ordered twice from the Garden Grill and was delicious.
Cons: I felt the breakfast was a little too pricey. $11.95 is a lot for a buffet. Children $5.95.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The front desk staff were awesome and knowledgeable, answering our questions about the area.
Cons: could not find anything we didn't like! Great hotel!
9,0 Excellent

Pros: The location right near Jordan Creek, our room, the great room rate, and the breakfast. The staff was very efficient, friendly, and helpful. Everything was great!
Cons: I can't think of anything right off hand. Everything was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great! I really don't have anything bad to say.
7,5 Good
Pros: The place was in a very nice location. Breakfast was great.
Cons: Some items in the room were not functioning. The remote for the blinds were not working (couldn’t look out the window with out having to lift the entire screens) and the phone wasn’t working either. The pillowcases were not clean and looked old because they had fuzzes on them. Some staff at the front desk weren’t very nice. But the rest of them were amazing. Housekeeping was loud while moving throughout the halls in the am.

Pros: Base price ok
Cons: The breakfast was expensive enough that I should have checked total cost of stay. The location was not very convenient

Pros: The atmosphere and amenities. The staff was also very kind. I will stay here again for sure. Family friendly.
Cons: The bathrooms in the rooms were odd, like whoever designed them had never showered before. The shower was set up strange so all the soap got wet, you couldn’t hang a wash cloth and there was no where to hang a wet towel. Pros: While the breakfast did not have a breakfast pizza entry like the last time we stayed we did appreciate that it wasn't the same breakfast entries every day. Nice to see some variety. The dinner provided on three nights was quite good and enjoyed the extra value very much.
Cons: Since we were an extended stay we didn't have housekeeping services on the weekend and had to go down to the front desk for a few items. Also besides, the weekend, there were two days during the week we didn't get any housekeeping services which was disappointing for the price paid.

Pros: The breakfast was most excellent , outstanding fresh selections changing daily , have never scene such an abundant buffet that was complimentary at any other establishment . Would look to stay at a Stay bridge in the future just for the breakfast , also must note unlike many other hotels the hours offered for breakfast much more convenient . The price for the value was outstanding , nice to have a 24 hour pool area and the room was amazing . The staff where amazing , super accommodating , great job to all !
Cons: The room could have been cleaner, the coffee pot still had a filter in it with grounds from last patron , the shelves in kitchen area had food debris on ( loose potato chips , cereal flakes , ect. ). During our stay in mid October it was exceptionally colder than normal , maintenance had not been around to clean heating and cooling unit yet , unfortunately the dust burning off unit stunk up room and caused smoked detectors to go off. Opening to bathroom sink / closet area could use an accordion door or pull across curtain . Finally the couch in are room need replaced , center was so broke from use it was like sitting in a sinkhole .

Cons: We sprung for spa tub and it was not what i expected. Usually that means its large enough for two people. I was hoping to have a romantic time and it was comical mostly. ALSO the king bed was hard as a rock!

Pros: The facility was well decorated and clean for the most part. Breakfast buffet provided several options and hot items were hot. Staff cleaned up breakfast area promptly as guests left.
Cons: When we got to our room mid-afternoon there was a lot of loud talking and clanging in the hallway. Not sure if it was guests or the cleaning staff. The next morning, although they were not yelling, I could hear the guests talking in the next room talking with their child; sometimes I could even understand the words! Obviously rooms not very sound proof. Also, when I moved the footstool, I stepped on a crispy chip or nut; however, the rest of the carpeting freshly vacuumed.
