Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the pool, waterpark, and amenities, especially for families and kids. However, many reviews mention significant cleanliness issues, such as dirty rooms, humidity, mold, and unpleasant odors. Service was often described as unresponsive or inattentive, with problems like missing towels, broken TVs, and slow staff. Some guests liked the location and found the amenities, like the arcade and pet-friendliness, to be a plus. Overall, positives centered on the pool and entertainment options, but cleanliness and service need improvement.
