Pros:Counter opened a little earlier than 9AM.Cons:Vehicle was filthy and definitely not sanitized! Would not go over 70MPH, making passing on I-95 nearly impossible and definitely dangerous.Reviewed May 9 2021

Poor customer servicePros:Woodbridge drop location poor customer service as well Hertz need to give customer service traning at least rental counter persons. No receipt as usual printer not working...... No courtesy ride to home......... Great locationPros:Efficient dropnoff.Cons:When I explained the problems, I was asked if I told Hertz at Bradley airport that the car was dirty (trunk area where luggage would go covered in some sticky stuff) to which I replied that I learned it was dirty after starting my trip. I did not check trunk area at pickup. Hertz could have offererd some discount to make up for the inconvenience.Reviewed Jun 27 2018

Better price via Kayak then going direct to HertzPros:I am a gold member with Hertz. Their “best possible deal” was $100 dollars MORE than the price I paid using Kayak. Same car, same pick up, and drop off locations, SAME Hertz -for $100 less. Looks like my loyalty has gotten me nothing-I’m now checking Kayak 1st.Reviewed Jan 5 2018
