Cons:
I had plans to take a group of ten people to celebrate a birthday. When I went to get my vehicle they said they’d called the day before to confirm and left a message. Because I didn’t answer the phone they gave my vehicle to someone else. They should just take a deposit from people. Then they would still get their money. I checked my messages and missed calls and had not received either. Very poor business practice.10,0 Wonderful

When I explained the problems, I was asked if I told Hertz at Bradley airport that the car was dirty (trunk area where luggage would go covered in some sticky stuff) to which I replied that I learned it was dirty after starting my trip. I did not check trunk area at pickup. Hertz could have offererd some discount to make up for the inconvenience.Avis

Having a vehicle where I was sent to pick up, rather then showing up there and being sent to another because they didn’t have any atm. Not being overcharged 100$ when my pick up was supposed to be 107$ and was charged 200$. The vehicle was not clean inside or out trash and weed bags, giving the car a nasty weed smell. The gas tank was 3/4 full I returned it full. Over just not a good rent. I would like to be contacted about getting a refund or at least the amount I overpaid. I have pictures of what I was supposed to pay and bank statements of what I over paid.10,0 Wonderful

Tried a local pick-up/drop-off at nearby hotel instead of airport. this turned out to be convenient and straight forward. Given a recent negative rental experience with another company, the terms and ease of doing business was appreciated. The mini-van we rented was in good condition and fit our 6 plus luggage.6,0 Okay
