Pros:staff was great at the west covina locationCons:i wanted to extend my rental but because the new return date fell into a day they were closed, dropping off at another location would have costed me almost double my entire trip rental. closed on Saturday and SundayReviewed Nov 20 2020

Cons:The car was not in great condition. I had to wait 1 hour and 35 minutes to receive my car because they were slow and the car was not washed. The car was running well. Upon return we waiting over 20 minutes then handed the keys to them because they were "too busy."Reviewed Jul 10 2017

Pros:The Price and location to where I was stayingCons:Had a reservation that I made almost a month prior to picking up the car, only to arrive and be told that they did not have a car to give me (they were telling several people there the same thing). On one hand, I was told that they could not give me any of the few cars they had left there because they were reserved and not the type I had reserved. I was told I could wait or they would call me. The person I spoke with at the lot basically handed me a business card and said if I had a problem with the issue I could just call their District Manager, but there was nothing he could do for me. I did call him and left him a message but NEVER heard back from him. I left and did get a call and came back to pick up the car a half an hour or so later. Was told on the phone that they were just washing it to get it ready. Showed up and picked up the car, which was NOT washed. I get that things happen, but but it kind of misses the point about the reservations when you don't have the car, and it would have been one thing if it was just me, but the place was busy and they were telling that to everyone there.Reviewed Jan 4 2017
