Cons:Customer service was atrocious - initially did not have any cars and wanted to ultimately charge us more for the car that was available, wanted to charge us to change our drop off location although our original location was closed. Excellent deal, Excellent service!Pros:My first time renting a car...EVER :) I got there right at noon. The car was ready to go. Costumer service was great- very friendly, and professional. The car was a Nissan Versa- although it's a small car, it was pretty roomy inside. Very clean. I will definitely be renting through Kayak again.Cons:It's not a big deal, but the car had less then a 1/4 tank of gas. Not sure if that's common. VERY ACCOMMODATING AND FRIENDLYPros:This Hertz location provided me a pleasant experience, despite me having a travel glitch and needing the car an extra day. Hertz cars do not have that nasty "air freshener"Pros:for people with sensitive noses or allergies to scents and perfumed-up cars to masks natural scents that would go away naturally. HERTZ does not do that Kudos excellentReviewed Jan 17 2016
