Pros:The agent in Salisbury was very friendly and helpful.Cons:The car did not have cruise control. The agent in Syracuse needs better Customer Service skills. I called in Saturday morning, and got left on hold for 10 mins 3 times. O I called back and she asked if she could put me on hold, I said no and she said she was helping a customer.
