Pros: The agent in Salisbury was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: The car did not have cruise control. The agent in Syracuse needs better Customer Service skills. I called in Saturday morning, and got left on hold for 10 mins 3 times. O I called back and she asked if she could put me on hold, I said no and she said she was helping a customer. I was a customer.

They took care of me
Pros: I was given a car that had a lot of noise, like it needed servicing. I went back and the right away gave me a very good and newer car in it's place. So They took care of me
Cons: There is nothing that I did not like except that I had to return a care due to noise. Maybe they should take a little more time to check the cars before renting them. But I was not bothered,and they made it more then right quickly.

Hertz rental

Best rental ever!
Pros: The Salisbury,MD airport is small but the lady who was working the Hertz desk was most personable, kind and helpful She upgraded our vehicle so we could be comfortable! We are now sold on Heryz and Kayak!!

Pros: Cost was decent compared to other rental.
Cons: We waited over a half hour to pick up the car. It was outside the building and I don't believe it was cleaned at all. The rental agent did clean a very obvious large pink spot on the inside of the back door after I pointed it out to him but that was it. There was a spot on the front seat that does not appear in the pictures because they are black and white. I also noticed in the report emailed to me that I completed a survey which didn't happen.

Okay Rental for your money
Pros: The car we rented had very nice features.
Cons: Pickup we felt very hurried. They only have one employee working there so they have to do it all. The cleanliness of the car left a lot to be desired.

They took my reservation, but didn't have a car!
Cons: I made a reservation Thursday morning to pick up a car at the Salisbury, MD location at noon on Thursday. Soon after, I received a call stating that they "didn't have a car available at all today, because I reserved with such short notice," but they "would probably have a car tomorrow." Why did they even take a reservation for a Thursday pick up if they might not have a car available until Saturday?!?!? I got a ride to the airport and rented from Avis.THEY had cars!
