The agent in Salisbury was very friendly and helpful.Cons:
The car did not have cruise control. The agent in Syracuse needs better Customer Service skills. I called in Saturday morning, and got left on hold for 10 mins 3 times. O I called back and she asked if she could put me on hold, I said no and she said she was helping a customer. I was a customer.7,2 Good

Cons:
No smoking car smelled like a nasty ashtray that had not been emptied for months and closed in a hot car. Had to drive a to drive 2 hour round trip to return the car for another dirty car without any windshield washer fluid in it. But counter person was polite.7,2 Good

Pros:
Everything was nice and turned out to be 100 percent correct . Only complaint which is minor is I put to drop car at a different time then what enterprise had on receipt so we did get charged 1 extra day . Again no big deal I would still recommend you .Cons:
