Pros:Staff was friendly and helpful.Cons:Very dirty office, I was nervous about renting when I got there because of the appearance of the place. I was not sure about leaving my personal vehicle in a sketchy neighborhood with no security cameras on the building that could monitor my vehicle and belongings while I was away. My rental vehicle smelt like cigarettes even though your company has a 100% no smoking police... it made my 7 hour drive miserable.Reviewed Nov 12 2020

Cons:With this Covid stuff going on they could actually clean the car before the next person drives it. There was a scratched off lotto ticket and a piece of paper folded in half under the visor on the drivers side. The drivers side panel where all the window controls are was filthy. This is the 3rd time now that I’ve gotten a dirty car from hertz and now I’ll be using a different company for my rental cars. I will not give them My money anymore.Reviewed Aug 22 2020

Pros:After arguing with the sales rep, I was given a free upgrade.Cons:When I arrived, the car I reserved was not available. I was not happy, and the sales rep was pushy and telling me that I had to pay more for a larger vehicle. I had to argue and get very uncomfortable and insist that they honor the price I was given several times before they finally did the right thing and acquiesced, giving me the free upgrade.Reviewed Jul 12 2020

Pros:I couldn’t tell you one thing I liked.Cons:My honest opinion is to stay away. I had a reservation and showed up. I waited 20 minutes before the man working came out of his work room to assist us. He knew the whole 20 minutes we were there. We spent maybe 5 minutes in his office to find out he didn’t have a rental for us. He stated he tried calling us and I never got a phone call. It turns out the number he told me he called was my itinerary number......... I was informed next time to not use kayak to ensure I would have a rental. I had the confirmation for the rental and left with no help to find a rental or a rental. I would try to find ONE thing I could compliment but they were even out of hand sanitizer.Reviewed Nov 2 2019

Not detail orientated.Pros:Pick up process easy but lack of attention to detail in reviewing planned rental. This caused problems and expense at time of drop-off. Ultimately felt a victim of large corporate greed and inflexible disinterested personnel blaming the corporate policies and practices for their actions.
