Pros:We liked nothing about the experience. We got to the Budget Office in Port St Lucie and there was no car for us. The woman there insisted we travel an hour south (we were heading north) to hopefully get another car. No guarantees there either. We ended up having to drive 2 hours to Orlando to start all over by reserving another car. Our reservations contract was not honored.Cons:Everything? Maybe you could have reserved a car like you said you would?Reviewed Apr 13 2021

PSL - MCO ExperiencePros:I liked being able to book a suitable auto, at very short notice, and at a reasonable price.Cons:I couldn't understand why the usual option of returning the car with a full tank of fuel wasn't available. My Bugdet rental PacificaPros:Our Budget experience was excellent! The staff is quick and friendly. The atmosphere is clean. The car rental was spectaclular. We rented a Pacifica and we are thinking of buying one now. I recommend this place to anyone.Cons:There was an issue with the sun pass on the way back from our trip,it somehow got activated and the toll booth wouldnt spit us out a ticket because it said we had sunpass. We didnt to use the sunpass because there are extra fees. Dropping the car off I told the employee what happened and he didnt seem to bothered with it. Our credit card has not been charged yet so I dont know if they will charge or not. I hope not.Reviewed Dec 19 2017

DisappointedPros:I have driven a VW Jett's before, I actually liked the car a lot.Cons:Made my reservation 2 weeks in advance. When I showed up I was told that the car was not ready, it would take 15 minutes. 20 minutes later I overheard them decide to give me the Jetta over whatever else they were going to provide. I finally had my paperwork and keys 30 minutes later. 15 minutes into our trip, fire ants started crawling out of the vents and from under the hood of the car. We battled the ants our entire trip. When I reported the ants to the woman checking the car back in, she didn't seem to care one way or another. She then advised me that I was late returning the car. I advised her that I called and extended my rental by a day, then she was able to locate the additional day. The hours of the Port Saint Lucie rental do not always meet my needs as they are only open for standard business hours, 8-6. I am not impressed with this location or the care of the vehicles, it is worth the extra 45 minute trip down South to deal with the PBI airport location which is always SUPER busy. I have had 3 personal rentals in the last 6 months with Budget and 3 with Hertz, at this point it is easier for me to deal with Hertz. This does not include the 28 business rentals that I have had to make so far this year. Very disappointed.Reviewed Aug 24 2017
