Called another Hertz location and the wanted to charge me double... no car rental, outin the street, with my luggage... Extremely Bad ServicePros:NOTHINGCons:These guys RUINED my trip. They wouldn't look at my paperwork. Made me wait over an hour. Then in the end they tell me they gave my reserved car away to someone else!! This wasted over 3hrs of my time by detouring to get this car, and screwed up my entire trip to Arizona. What an unbelievable waste of time. The clerk was rude and inconsiderate. I hated everything about this company and this was my worst rental experience EVER.Reviewed Apr 3 2018

Hours for drop off and return are not as reserved!!Pros:Staff was friendly. Car was clean.Cons:Whoever allows the website to book cars needs to change things. When I arrived, I had to wait an hour for a car I booked three weeks in advance, because none were returned yet. Also, the website Allowed me to book A return time that was later than the storefront was open SO I HAD TO PAY FOR AN EXTRA DAY and return the car the next morning. The staff was very apologetic about these website glitches! And it wasn't their fault! Communication between the store and website needs to be cleared up!
