Pros:I called HERTZ the morning of my rental asking if they had a pick up service and I was told yes. I asked if I could schedule my pick up by 3:30 since my rental pick was at 4:00pm and was told there was no need to schedule my pick up to call back when I was ready. At 3:15pm I called and when I was asked my address I was told that I was out of the 5 miles radius by now it was 3:30pm. Then I was told that I could call Lift or Uber that they would pay for my trip. I requested a pick up from Uber which my trip cost me $52.79. Once I was helped I asked for my credit for the Uber ride and was told that they can only give me $15.00 however, they couldn't even give me the $15.00 credit since I booked utilizing a 3rd party. So bottom line they didn't give me the credit of $15.00 nor paid for the Uber ride.
