I booked a full size SUV, a Nissan Rogue that would fit 6 people and 5 bags. I was given a mid size suv that would fit 4 and 1 bag. For one week that was unacceptable. They had no other vehicles than a mini van. I was given the mini can, but I had to pay an additional $20/day for the difference. It was not right.Reviewed Nov 30 2021

Awesome ExperiencePros:Anthony was awesome. Even though the store opened late due to an employee being sick, Anthony was more than accomodating throughout the rental car experience. He made sure that I got free gas too! Overall, great customer service and shout out to Anthony!Cons:Store opened late. Rental was to be at 8 AM, but store opened at 8:30 AM.Reviewed Feb 15 2017

Amazing...Pros:The reservation was easy and convenient to make. When I got there, I was a little hesitant with the small car that I was given, but soon came to live the fact that the Toyota Prius has amazing gas mileage. I drove approximately 1600-1700 miles and only paid less than $60 for gas for the entire trip. The Huntington Beach location was very accommodating and helpful, and I really don't have any complaints!Reviewed Jan 13 2017
