The rudest manager I’ve ever witnessed. Liar employees that called to confirm my reservation the day before and when I got there my car was not there. The manager said I have no control over this when I asked who has control he said I’m the manager but I can’t control anything here and sent me away. He didn’t care and was making fun of another customer who wanted to pay cash with another employee right in front me. That store either needs to close down or the whole team needs to change because it’s ruining enterprise reputation. I would never rent from enterprise again because time is gold and I waisted 2 hours of my time that day driving to OC from LA. Bad business very bad!!!!!Reviewed Oct 26 2023
