No issues. Did a pick up and drop off with two different locations 5 hours apart. Very smooth and Hertz has always been easy. Defiantly check the off airport sites for cheaper ratesReviewed Nov 8 2021

Cons:Everything was fine except they close at noon on Sat and didn't let us know until I called to confirm. We had high anxiety to get there on time. There were many people that didn't get their car. Thank God I callef.Reviewed Apr 9 2021

Crappy car and rude employees, who could ask for more?Cons:I know I got an inexpensive rental, but why does Hertz offer such inferior cars? But the rudeness of employees at pickup and drop off was the most offensive. Where to you find such people. The experience left me not wanting to use Hertz in the future.Reviewed Dec 19 2017

Sort of mehPros:Parking was easy. Newer car, so it was pretty clean and low mileage. One guy who worked there was super charismatic but wasnt the one to check me in or out.Cons:No trunk space, not super comfortable to drive, couldnt hook phone up to stereo. Shitty gas mileage. Rental building itself was small, with no parking lot space for customers, and a little run down looking. Price roundtrip wasnt bad but price one way was horribly high when the car wasnt registered to florida.Reviewed Dec 5 2017

Pros:Service at the rental location was good, phone-wise ... spent about 10 minutes on hold at one point but everything else was really great. Very friendly and helpful staff.Cons:Not the car I would have expected and it was such a base model that in terms of safety features I felt like I was really paying too much. In this day and age it is only right to expect things like hands free cell service or back up cameras at the very least. Most cars will have them, so to get in and not have any of those features feels like the cars are not the safest they can be - especially for what you pay.Reviewed Nov 3 2017
