The vehicle had shakes when the brakes were applied. I was to far away from where I rented the car to return it so I had to put up with it the whole trip. It was only a problem applying the brakes going down hill or applying the brakes for a quick stop. The car was not perfect but it served a purpose and safe trip.Reviewed Dec 4 2021

Pros:The return was far better than the pick up location.Cons:Car was sent out under full tank. Not company standard. Miscommunication between locations. Was charged for a full tank refuel and waited 3 weeks for reimbursement/compensation for the mistake. Several long, unnecessary phone conversations.Reviewed Apr 21 2021

Pros:Car was clean, reliable, and drove well.Cons:I couldnt get my car because my flight was delayed 5 hours. No one called to say the location was closing and then they had to cancel my reservation and make a new one at 5 times the cost to me.Reviewed Nov 11 2020

Cons:Hi had requested a vehicle that would hold at least 4 luggage pieces and they gave me a vehicle which only had Room for 3 luggage pieces.. I wasn't so much interested in a vehicle brand Just a vehicle which I had requested that would hold at least 4 luggage pieces.. that made our trip somewhat uncomfortable since What of our luggage pieces had to go in the back seat with 2 other passengersReviewed Nov 7 2020

Pros:The pick up and drop off was easy, didn’t take too long. The shuttle service at LAX was prompt and attentive. As were the car attendants at drop off. Gas mileage was amazing.Cons:The car itself wasn’t great. It was also the only car left in the fleet and the representative told me the person after me wouldn’t get a car. That wasn’t good news at all. Several small dents, type wasn’t that exciting. I would definitely would have paid more for a better car make and model.Reviewed Oct 7 2020
