Pros:The vehicle worked perfectly for my family. We paid for a mid-size SUV and got a slight upgrade. The upgrade was comfortable and easy to use. First time using Alamo and it was a pretty seamless experience. Drop-off was fast.Cons:There was a line and a wait when we first got to the rental car counter. It seemed like all the counters were understaffed and I waited a good 30 minutes before I got the keys and left.Reviewed May 17 2021

Cons:Alamo did not honor the agreed amount. They also did not have tha vehicle that was promised. Told me they gave me an up grade and then charged me for it. Your price 225.00 counter price 445.00. Never again!Reviewed Mar 21 2021

Pros:Greatb carCons:Understandable, due to coronavirus, but there were one or two poor souls dealing with weary travelers. They kept cool under pressure, to their credit. However, I blame management for placing them in this difficult position and for making all of us wait so long for our cars. Cons:Nothing could have been better. They didn’t have the Jeep I reserved, so they immediately offered me an upgrade to an all wheel drive luxury car. No questions asked. I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.Reviewed Jan 31 2020
