Pros:Pickup in Fresno was good. Drove car to Monterey and on my way back my tire showed low and my service guy said stem was broken and not to drive and to take it to Enterprise in Monterey. I believe the ladies name was Tina. She was no help, said she had no cars and it was not her problem because I did not rent the car in Monterey. I could call the airport or take to their shop but would have to wait a day. She tried to dismiss me, but After much discussion SHE reluctantly, after making other calls, called the airport and claimed they only had a 15 passenger. After more discussion she finally called their shop and they said to come over and they would fix. They were very nice and I was out of there in 30 minutes. All of this could have been avoided if she had done that in the first place. She was matter of fact and dismissive with no customer service.I arrived in Fresno in time to return car. Pros:The wait in line at the Fresno airport was longer than it should be, but the person was caring, professional and efficient.Cons:The service rep was servicing three different companies at one counter. The other two companies had their systems down and was taking too much time to process them. Avis, Hertz, had no waiting, but our line was very long and slow.Reviewed Jun 29 2020

Pros:It was cleanCons:Visalia ENTERPRISE location. The 12 passenger van reserved over the phone was NOT available upon arrival. Offered a 15 passenger farm-labor like van with no head-rests for a 26h trip to Texas. Finally settled for a 15 seater with no room for luggage and a 20% discount (took me 1.5h). How could a reservation be made with no vehicle in stock? Three other 12 seaters were booked for someone else in 3 days, but I would be left hanging today. Must have been more important or corporate customer...Reviewed Dec 1 2019

Pros:Cost overall was fabulous. Drop-off was fast and hassle-free. Upgraded to Next size up for no additional cost.Cons:Pick-up was slower than the ideal. Inside of car glass was foggy and smudged making driving at dusk difficult.Reviewed Aug 27 2019

Pros:Pick up and drop off was easy and the car was great.Cons:The staff person tried to really scare me about using the car insurance from my credit card. I know he was just trying to scare me into purchasing Enterprise insurance, which I do not need, but it only made me feel nervous the whole time.
