I reserved a premium car and was given a Kia Soul as that was all they had left. In addition, the car’s alignment was way off and it kept pulling to the right. I was very disappointed and uncomfortable on my drive.Reviewed Aug 25 2025

We stood in line for an hour. People were cutting in line but no one stopped them. When I finally got to the counter they did not have the car we reserved and infact had no SUVs or cats AT ALL. I had to take a truck or nothing. I stood at the counter for 20 more minutes for them to figure it out. Terrible experience and I will never do that again. TURO all the way.Reviewed Aug 1 2025

Staff were great. Car was difficult to find at pickup because it was parked in Avis row, and not clearly marked that they share space. Also, when I returned car a full day early I was not credited money back.Reviewed Oct 16 2024

I reserved an electric vehicle, but one were available at pick up, so they upgraded me to a premium SUV. The car was comfortable, but the cost of gas was way higher than I intended to spend. It would have been nice if Budget was more prepared to fulfill the reservation.Reviewed Sept 16 2024
