Pros:The car was great.Cons:1) Online booking connected me to drop-off point I didn't want - then I was charged $60 to drop car off at my pick-up point. 2) Person showing me to my car did not speak English and knew nothing about the car...so I didn't know how to start it, or where any features. were located. (it was raining - windshield wipers would've been a start!) 3) person found who spoke English went through a 'speed' tutorial on the car. It was a push-button start, etc. I normally drive a diesel 3/4 ton pick-up...I would have appreciated a bit more help. BUT, I took the car, found most of the features I needed, and got it back safely.Reviewed Sep 4 2017
